Attorney Hartwig was a great deal of help to me! I’m a PA resident that made the terrible mistake to drink and drive. I got charged with an OVI and was arrested over a holiday weekend. I obtained Attorney Hartwig after doing an extensive amount of research. 5/5 I had gotten my 2nd ovi offense, and was looking at mandatory 10 days jail time/possible house arrest. Mr. Hartwig had the case pushed back for leverage, and ended up getting me the 3 day class with no jail time, no blower, etc. Very satisfied

Attorney Hartwig worked long and hard on a federal case I had where I was supposed to get 3 years in jail at minimum. The prosecutor was very stubborn but attorney hartwig worked his magic and got me 3 years probation instead with a small time of house arrest. Couldn’t be more thankful, he is a bit pricey But it’s absolutely worth it.

I'll make this brief..... Attorney Hartwig helped with enabling me on having a second chance at life. With the type of case it was and especially with all of the relative occurring events taking place in today's society, things seemed to not be in my favor. The "sexual type" offense it was, along with a female judge, and also a judge who's known for having a "put em in jail" mentality really made the odds for me extremely high to get my record expunged. I'm a college graduate with a Master's Degree; with having the type of "sexual offense" on my record wouldn't enable me to obtain a satisfactory well paying job in my field of study. These last 2 years has been the worst. Within that time, 2 years of important job related experience was disabled, accumulated large amounts of debt, and also lying to friends/ family about what I'm currently doing with my life. A lot of lessons learned during this period! I have successful peers in my circle and observe other successful individuals. My situation was taking a toll on me and began to see myself as a failure in life. But, the only thing that kept me hoping and believing was my faith. Attorney Hartwig HELPED save my life. I also believe it was fate. What I mean by all of that is this; my initial presiding judge retires the same month I was eligible for expungement. My first motion of expungement was seen by her the day before she retired. She made it clear that no matter what she would not grant the motion. It was my first time ever being in trouble, I successful obtained a Master's Degree, I was involved with respectable organizations, etc etc etc... All of that did not matter to her. If you made any kind of mistake she would see to it that your life would never be the same. So we withdrew the motion, waited for her retirement, and planned to wait a few months until the new judge came in to refile a second motion. I thanked God for her retirement because with a new judge presiding over my case, I would have a fighting chance at a new life opportunity. So with the new appointed judge (a judge who believes on rehabilitation and providing opportunities) and Attorney Hartwig smart strategies/ planning, I was able to get my record expunged (on my birthday) and continue my life! I was well informed they were very friendly but most importantly they did a great job helping me out with my situation. Also they don’t hit your pocket too deep which is always a plus!
