Ross Teele Smith

I first met Ross in front of Scott krishbaum in Youngstown Common Please Court. I was facing some pretty serious criminal charges. And I had quite the checkered past. At this time I didn't have an attorney and Ross was appointed to me by the judge. He fought tooth and nail to get me into a treatment ...center. Now mind you he was court appointed so he wasn't making big bucks for it but he came and seen me at the jail. He communicated with me and he got me the treatment and little conviction. Now needless to say that one didn't take. And I ended up needed his Services later. And this time I retained him thanks to family members pitching in to make it happen. And I can say without a doubt the best representation I've ever had he kept me in the loop I knew what was going on I knew what he was thinking I knew what the prosecution was thinking I knew how the judge was going to react he had to bounce from three different courtrooms just to make 1K to get everything to run concurrent. He made it happen got me in community correction I completed that program and been good ever since. But there was just something about him the way he carried himself and the glitch in his eye I could tell that he was on top of his job. He seemed to have the respect of all the courtroom people and prosecution it just it's something you could feel if you're familiar with this setting and you can tell when an attorney has a relationship with who is going up against in obviously he knows who he's going up against so he definitely has some kind of Report with these people and he made it happen through three different judges and I don't know it just he changed my life and I've had other attorneys from the Boardman area big name attorneys Big Money and they couldn't do when he did they years before this case I had another case yeah another case. And I got a big big name attorney from Boardman and he got me sent up for two years on one charge but if you need an attorney and you need somebody's going to fight for you and you need somebody who's going to keep you in the loop and you need somebody that has a relationship with the court officers. But hands down. Hands down the best representation ever and I recommended him the others in all been satisfied.

In 2010 I found myself being charged with 6 felonies. I had never even had a speeding ticket and didn’t know the difference between a felony and a misdemeanor. I literally chose Attorney Smith at random out of the phone book. He not only met me for case discussion but also made sure to keep every mee...ting and/or scheduled meeting with the police, as well as attended every court hearing. In the end, my original charges (6 felonies) were all reduced to 1 Disorderly Conduct, a 4th degree misdemeanor. To say he is anything but a Godsend would be an insult. I will recommend Attorney Smith to anyone who is looking for an attorney and I will not hesitate to call him if need be in the future. Ross represented me years ago for a criminal case and to say the least he got me a deal that i thought was impossible!! During that case he even went to lisbon and got a driving charge dismissed for nothing!! This man ran into my mother and sister and she had her 2 children with her at apple bees he ...came over said hello to them as a professional does then when my mother went to pay the bill she was told he had paid it already!!
