I am a trial lawyer who helps families hurt by carelessness of nursing homes and hospitals. I understand how the business of medicine can harm people, when corporations put their own profits ahead of providing quality care. Along with my law degree, I earned an business degree (MBA) from the Weatherhead School at Case. I work at the Ohio medical malpractice law firm Eadie Hill Trial Lawyers.

I am an Ohio native raising three daughters with my wife, Christine, in the Gordon Square neighborhood. I volunteer in Cleveland Public Schools, working with high-schoolers to learn about our Rights, Responsibilities, and Realities under the U.S. Constitution as part of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association’s 3Rs program. I also serve on the CMBA’s 3Rs steering committee.

I’ve argued cases before the Eighth and Ninth Ohio Appellate District Courts, as well as the Ohio Supreme Court.

Automobile Crash

Defense of Civil Rights

I was a client of Mr. Eadie. Ohio violated my civil rights so I needed courtroom and appeal work. My case was very complex yet Mr. Eadie was well prepared every time and fought hard to the end. A 2010 law shields Ohio's prosecutors from responsibility for their mistakes. Now when Ohio mistakenly ruins your life, its acts like a child leaving it's mess to be cleaned up by you.
