Biography
Michael is proud to have been selected by his peers as one of the top Social Security Disability lawyers in Ohio under the age of 40. With a superior knowledge of the law, commitment to providing the best client service available, and a passion for tireless representation of his clients in their time of great need, Michael has helped his clients obtain millions of dollars in Social Security back benefits.
After graduating from law school Michael cut his teeth at one of Ohio’s largest and most prestigious plaintiff’s firms, where he still serves in an “of counsel” role today. Although the primary focus of his practice today is on Social Security Disability, he also has experience practicing Ohio Workers' Compensation law. Michael has successfully represented more than a thousand claimants seeking Social Security Disability and Ohio Workers' Compensation benefits at all stages of litigation -- from the initial administrative process up through the State and Federal Court levels. He also regularly lectures to groups about Social Security Disability and Workers’ Compensation benefits, and his writing has been featured in the Bar Journal of The Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and other legal publications.

We're about to get disqualified on what should have been a slam-dunk case due to Liner Legal’s negligence.
