Great Injury Lawyer “I was hurt when I got hit by a semi and was getting frustrated trying to resolve the claim on my own. It seems the adjuster was trying to get me to sign off for almost nothing. That’s when I contacted Tom. He was on top of things all the way along and that allowed me to focus on healing and my school work while he focused on my case. Tom was always willing to sit down with me and my family and explain the law in ways that made it easier to understand. All of my emails and phone calls were promptly returned. On those few occasions where Tom was unavailable, his staff was there to provide plenty of support. I liked the way he handled himself and my case. Tom was able to help me get a settlement much larger than what was previously being offered. Very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs an injury lawyer.

Child Custody Case

Mr. Thompson did an outstanding job of research, preparation, and delivery of facts during our pretrial. Tom communicated in a prompt and precise manner, which allowed complete understanding of where the case stood, throughout the entire process. I couldn't be more pleased with the process and the results of the case. Tom worked so hard that final trial was not necessary(which kept costs down) and he mailed the balance of the retainer to me within a business day of the matter being officially resolved. Choosing the right attorney is HUGE. We made the right choice!

Awesome attorney!

I was referred to Mr. Tompson by another firm. I made a large mistake, and was given a ticket for 16 over in a work zone in a CMV (not hard when it drops from 70-50) Tom told me that he wasn’t sure what the prosecutor would do with it, but he would do his best. A week and a half later he call me personally to tell me he had gotten it reduced to a equipment violation! Very very good outcome especially for a commercial vehicle ticket. I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Tompson if you find yourself looking for a attorney in his area!

Child Custody

I had a very important case, and I knew Tom as a friend through a business club, but I didn't know what his potential as my attorney would be in such an important case for me. I was very nervous going into court, but Tom came through like a shining star for me. He was able to cross-examine and defend me and my opposition in every possible way to help prove points that were important for the judge to get the full picture. I am very grateful for what he was able to do, paying attention to the details that were extremely important. I won't go to anyone else now for my attorney needs! Highly recommended!

Car Accident Injury

Mr. Thompson was an amazing lawyer. I was in a car accident in 2012, I contacted to see if he would take on my case (i had use his law office for a previous issue in 2007 and was very pleased). Mr. Thompson went above and beyond, I worked odd hours and it seemed that Tom would always make himself available to work around my schedule. The insurance company was dragging my case out and it went on for about 3 years. Mr. Thompson prepared me for my court case to make sure I would feel comfortable- luckily he was able to come to an agreement with the insurance company so that we didn't have to go to court. Whenever I had any questions I was able to contact him or his staff and they would promptly answer any questions I had. He was able to resolve my case and get me a settlement that we both felt was fair. I would highly recommend Mr. Thompson. He made this horrible incident, not so terrible to deal with.

Mr. Thompson and why I recommend him

I had a difficult decision to make after I was involved in 2-auto accidents 11-days apart. Mr. Thompson took his own personal time to read my on line request. He was one of the first lawyers who responded to my problem. I am impressed because he is a lawyer from my own home town who answered my question on the internet. My experience was great with Tom

I was blindsided with a pretty common custody based issue back in November. I don't have a lot of knowledge when it comes to this stuff and I don't have a lot of money to battle it out in court. Tom didn't make me feel like an idiot for my questions or make me feel bad for the very confusing feelings of anger. He gave me great advice and kept in constant contact with me making me feel like this was important to him as well. He gave me a very fair retainer fee and I even received money back at the end of the case. Finding a trustworthy person is rare these days. I will be sure to contact him if needed in the future.

Personal Injury Claim

I had been struck by a car and the driver's insurance company offered to pay for my hospital bills and a new coat that had been torn in the accident. Luckily, I was referred to Mr. Thompson, who worked with me and I ended up getting alot more compensation from the Insurance company. I would definitely work with him again and refer other people to him.

personal injury

Mr. Thompson represented me after I was involved in a serious auto accident. The accident was due to the fault of the other driver who was a fatality. I explained that I did not want to add additional grief to the already sad situation of the family of the other driver. Mr. Thompson was very sympathetic to the situation and dealt with the insurance companies and medical institutions, and assured me that the family need not be bothered with our claims, which I very much appreciated. I was impressed with the knowledge Mr. Thompson had of the workings of the insurance industry and the medical institutions involved. He was able to adjust billings and payments by contacting various persons involved in the claim process. By doing so, some bills were reduced and some settlements were adjusted. I would never have been able to settle the claims on my own without his expertise.
