Michelle Ericka Goldstein

Michelle is a very nice person however her law skills are very questionable. She has an aid that works with her that has no legal background, she does not deal with issues in a professional way, the only thing she cares about is payment. If I had kept her as my lawyer I would not have the custody tha...t I have today, I'm confident that i would have lost all custody due to her lack of knowledge of PA law. If you have a complicated case that look somewhere else, if a lawyer and her price seems to good to be true then it IS! Beware..

Michelle is a very nice person but is not a very good custody attorney. I trusted her with my whole case but the truth is the farther involved my case got.. The more I realized that I had made the biggest mistake by hiring her. I do not usually write reviews but I know there will be someone out there... that is going thro the same custody situation an is looking anywhere for hope. UNDERSTAND that their are other attorneys out their with just as good $ rates and way better representation.. You just need to keep looking. Custody cases are stressful and the last thing you need is an attorney that truly doesn't represent her clients the best way possible. I advise the next person who reads this review to take a moment and really think twice before you hire this attorney. Wish you the best of luck.

My case was made unusual by my firing an attorney two weeks prior to my trial and then seeking out the Law offices of Attorney Goldstein. Both Michelle and her assistant Teresa worked thru the short time frame as if it was their own futures at stake. They both put in long hours and demanded a good ...deal of information and availability on my part. I truly felt they treated my case as if I was a family member in dire need of help. Teresa helped prepare Attorney Goldstein who then went after my case in court with the greatest professionalism and vigor. Without the carful detailing of this office I would have been gravely unprepared. I can't say enough to explain the comfort I had having Michelle by my side at my trial. She fought to gain a more reasonable custody situation for my children. She also didn't "B.S." me when it came to expenses of a trial. My previous attorney had many challenges in this department, and I was very uneasy hiring someone new. Michelle put my fears to rest both for my custody case substance and it's inevitable expense. I will recommend this office to anyone in the Lancaster area who needs a straight forward, hardworking attorney to represent their family. Thank you for all that was done!

In a Sea of Lawyers that prey on your hopes and just want to take your money. Attorney Goldstein and her trusted assistant Mrs. Lewis, are a breathe of fresh air. She is currently working my custody case. Attorney Goldstein is firm believer in the needs of the child above personal grievances between... parents. She doesn't grandstand, she simply conveys the facts of the case. She is in military terms what we refer to as "Quiet Professional". She hears your problem, addresses the problem, and then develops a clear concise course of action that gets results. She doesn't give you false sense of hope or sugarcoat actions of the court. I have been through (4) different Lawyer's over the years and no one has handled my case as well as Michele and Teresa have. They brought my child home for the summer!!! I Am so glad I hired Michelle! She is compassionate and cares about the child!!! I was very scared about custody and I know my case is a tough one but she goes above and beyond for her clients and her knowledge is impeccable! She is fair and let's you what is what .she answers any email I send her an...d talks me through everything. What a wonderful trusting attorney she is! Her assistant Tereasa, well i can say will do anything for her clients as well! She gave me her personal phone number so I could always have contact with regards to questions or concerns. she is very professional and has a heart of gold and knows her stuff. These two ladies are the perfect dynamic duo... Custody issues ate never easy I found out and the law is confusing and hard but Tereasa and attorney Goldstein make it look easy , they ARE that good. Trust me you will not go wrong, honesty compassion and knowledge is what these ladies bring!!!!
