Michelle Ericka Goldstein

Michelle is simply amazing. She goes above and beyond for a case where a parent clearly has their children’s best interest at heart. She can truly see when children are being used as fodder for a vengeful manipulative parent and works extra hard to see justice for the children. Our case seemed imposs...ible to us after losing everything and fighting for 4 years and having other lawyers leaving us bankrupt - Michelle helped us bring our babies home and keep them safe. Even when the other parent is trying once more to disrupt their lives - Michelle is in our corner to keep their best interest at heart. If she tells you that you should compromise - there is a good reason. Ask her questions. Ask for understanding. She will take the time to explain all her reasoning for every consideration and every action. This is who Michelle is.

I had a attnorey who recently retired and she was amazing and it was so hard to find an attnorey like her and an affordable one as well. I just wentered back to court almost 2 years ago and spent some much in court not one but twice. At the time when I spoke with mrs. Goldstein I had an attorney a...nd he promised me everything I wanted. I was just so strain and stress trying to find an attorney that I went by my emotion instead of taking to find one. I spoken with Mrs. Goldstein a couple of times through email and she was always straight up forward with me not promising me anything but let me know that she would it be there to fight. I was just too scared to change because I had a court hearing and i did not know what to do. I knew I had to make a decision quick because my attorney was not going to fight for me. My attorney I had was not doing nothing for me I was the one given him date of my hearing and so on i felt like i had to be on top of him. I went to conciliation meeting I feel like I had no voice whatsoever ma do it was a waste. After speaking with Mrs. Goldstein and her assistant they were just so loving and caring and really had the heart of gold and they were passionate to help me and others. She put me on a payment plan that was very affordable and showed me by her action she is not in this for the money but to make a difference and to help. I'm glad I made the choice to hire Mrs.Goldstein. if you haven't read her assistance story please r ew ad it back from 2011 the 1st review and on how much is Goldstein fault for her was and was on her side was a true inspiration. Anyone that goes through a custody battle knows that it's the most hardest and difficult thing anyone can go through and I would definitely recommend this is Mrs. Goldstein to anyone not only is she a great an attorney but she has a great assistant who goes above and beyond to make sure that someone is fighting for them and that you have a voice.. I came to Attorney Goldstein not know anything about how to file for custody. My husband left my children and I broke with no income to support ourselves. Attorney Goldstein stated we will help. She is also mentoring her assistant. I broke down into tears and Attorney Goldstein stated this is what we... are going to do. My ex husband 3 years later thanked me for everything. He stated at the time of the divorce custody and domestic relations matter Attorney Goldstein was aggressive in court and so respected that he referred his wife to her. We all get along for the children's sake, I was learned from a lot from my experience with Attorney Goldstein. She was the empowerment and example that women should follow. My ex husband to apologize to me after 3 years was do to how strong I became from the example Attorney Goldstein sets. There are some attorneys that treat you as if you are beneath them. Attorney Goldstein empowers her clients to bbbe better and learn from her. She includes them in every decision. For those who feel Attorney Goldstein did not do right by them or their situation, well I must say you did not listen. She only has the best interests of the children first and her clients. This is a Attorney of substance and should really be a public speaker for educating and empowering people on what exactly this court system can do and the consequences of the outcomes. I have read the negative reviews left on here. I do not feel they were clients who took and learned what I have and so many others on the passion Attorney Goldstein has for her profession. Thank you Attorney Goldstein for showing me the benefits of being an empowered woman. In addition empowering and showing a father the empowerment he needed at the time to be a supportive co parent.

Michelle is a very nice person but is not a very good custody attorney. I trusted her with my whole case but the truth is the farther involved my case got.. The more I realized that I had made the biggest mistake by hiring her. I do not usually write reviews but I know there will be someone out there... that is going thro the same custody situation an is looking anywhere for hope. UNDERSTAND that their are other attorneys out their with just as good $ rates and way better representation.. You just need to keep looking. Custody cases are stressful and the last thing you need is an attorney that truly doesn't represent her clients the best way possible. I advise the next person who reads this review to take a moment and really think twice before you hire this attorney. Wish you the best of luck.

In a Sea of Lawyers that prey on your hopes and just want to take your money. Attorney Goldstein and her trusted assistant Mrs. Lewis, are a breathe of fresh air. She is currently working my custody case. Attorney Goldstein is firm believer in the needs of the child above personal grievances between... parents. She doesn't grandstand, she simply conveys the facts of the case. She is in military terms what we refer to as "Quiet Professional". She hears your problem, addresses the problem, and then develops a clear concise course of action that gets results. She doesn't give you false sense of hope or sugarcoat actions of the court. I have been through (4) different Lawyer's over the years and no one has handled my case as well as Michele and Teresa have. They brought my child home for the summer!!!
