I'm licensed to practice law in the state of Ohio. I graduated with honors in both Law and Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati. I handle cases involving divorce, dissolution and child custody in Hamilton, Butler, Clermont, and Warren counties. I also practice U.S.Immigration law including naturalization application, family-based green card petitions, and deportation defenses. I'm also a Notary in the State of Ohio and a Guardian Ad Litem representing the best interest of the children of Ohio.

Successful divorce process

It wasn’t easy going through a divorce but with Sarah Oberer i was in good hands. She kept me up to date and always represented me well as the court. We will talk multiple times and she will give me her own input and still want me to think about it to make my own decision. I am happy with the outcome of the whole process. Such a big help

Highly Recommend

If I could give 6 stars, I would!

Sarah was wonderful to work with! She is smart and very helpful during a time when it can be overwhelming and sad. She took the time to answer all questions and explained the process, documents and procedures clearly so I always knew current and next steps. I was grateful for both her and Chelsea to give continual attention to my case and advise me in the best way possible for my divorce. I joked that Sarah has the kind of profession (Divorce Attorney) that you never want to have a relationship with but if I ever have to go through this again, she would be my first call. I was VERY happy with her services and the entire team at Shur Law.

Excellent Law Firm
