Receiving Of Attorney Goldstein

My title is different, I was the opposing party against Attorney Goldstein. I felt she represented the Mother in such a way that I should have hired her. We went through a bitter divorce and we both were trying to use the children against the other.. Attorney Goldstein talked with my attorney over a ...weekend correspondence and they both sat us down and had a very firm talk. Looking back on it now Attorney Goldstein did most of the talking. She was not like most attorneys and talking to us in a demeaning way. She outlined this situation and brought to our attention the children were the ones suffering because of our stupidity. My attorney did not say a word, when I inquired after the meeting why they sat there with their mouth shut, she states because I feel this was a waste of time going through a conference and then trying to work something out. I stated Attorney Goldstein brought up what matters most is the children and their well being. Not only did she suggest ways for us to coparent even went further to give the mother idea of family therapy. 3 years have now past and I have to say thank you for going above and beyond stating to us how we were acting, my children have 2 parents that are coparenting in a healthy way because of the points you brought to our attention that day.

Attorney Goldstein hard working professional that not only empowers her clients but educates them.

I came to Attorney Goldstein not know anything about how to file for custody. My husband left my children and I broke with no income to support ourselves. Attorney Goldstein stated we will help. She is also mentoring her assistant. I broke down into tears and Attorney Goldstein stated this is what we... are going to do. My ex husband 3 years later thanked me for everything. He stated at the time of the divorce custody and domestic relations matter Attorney Goldstein was aggressive in court and so respected that he referred his wife to her. We all get along for the children's sake, I was learned from a lot from my experience with Attorney Goldstein. She was the empowerment and example that women should follow. My ex husband to apologize to me after 3 years was do to how strong I became from the example Attorney Goldstein sets. There are some attorneys that treat you as if you are beneath them. Attorney Goldstein empowers her clients to bbbe better and learn from her. She includes them in every decision. For those who feel Attorney Goldstein did not do right by them or their situation, well I must say you did not listen. She only has the best interests of the children first and her clients. This is a Attorney of substance and should really be a public speaker for educating and empowering people on what exactly this court system can do and the consequences of the outcomes. I have read the negative reviews left on here. I do not feel they were clients who took and learned what I have and so many others on the passion Attorney Goldstein has for her profession. Thank you Attorney Goldstein for showing me the benefits of being an empowered woman. In addition empowering and showing a father the empowerment he needed at the time to be a supportive co parent.

More then you ask for in an Attorney!

Being an attorney you would expect her to be attempting to sell herself and give false promises that she can not keep. I met with Attorney Goldstein and she was very professional and did not attempt to give false hope in my divorce and custody. She was upfront about what the possibilies and what the ...outcomes could possibly be. I had met with 2 attorneys prior to her and they wanted $200 to $300 for just walking in their office. I went to her office under the same mindset of paying this huge amount for the consult and ended up starting the retaining process. I did not want to have a battle so to speak with my wife, Attorney Goldstein discussed and gave me a detailed resolution to propose to my wife. My wife accepted the proposal we emailed Attorney Goldstein and she had everything filed the very nexted day. 90 days elapsed my ex wife and I were divorced and the children have equal time with both families. Attorney Goldstein was caring and understanding with the situation that my wife and I were only married for the children's sake. She helped to show us another way and there are Attorneys out there that truly try to find the best way to resolve matters. Attorneys like this special lady take their time to listen and have an understanding that not all people are out to battle over material items and using their children as pawns to attempt to destroy the other parent. I am a office professional with old fashioned values, I thought getting a divorce was taboo but the way Attorney Goldstein handled my case was more then you can ask for in an Attorney.
