Michelle Ericka Goldstein

I retained Attorney Goldstein this past year to represent me in a Custody action. This was out of county, therefore, I knew it would be costly. I made the appointment with her assistant, whom got me a weekend appointment, explained the flat rate system and payment plan, then proceeded to email me a c...ustody questionnaire. Her assistant also explained how this is highly emotional, and their understanding of giving me the information so I could come to my own choice. I went into the meeting with a heavy heart thinking I would not be able to make the decisions necessary. Attorney Goldstein made me feel as ease, stating these are your options. She did not promise anything, but instead said this is what we can do to move forward. Needless to say, I have primary of my child. Attorney Goldstein made my day by being the sounding board when I asked for her opinion on incidents. She was always responsive and explained this is my life, my choices effect me directly. During this emotional time, Attorney Goldstein was the calming voice of reason to ensure I made decisions based on the facts, pros and cons. To date, I am proud to say you cannot ask for a better attorney, whom is a mother, understands her client highly emotional situations. Thank you Goldstein Law Office, and Michelle E. I specifically think you are solely responsible for your case, but want to blame the attorney. The Attorney Goldstein I saw, well she protected my case and handle my emotional outbursts with nothing but professional, logic based factors that I was so overly emotional to comprehend. That is an attorney that should be revered and awarded. For she has the compassion to aggressively represent her client, but still advocate for the best interest of the child.

I retained Ms. Goldstein's services in a difficult custody case against my children's mother and she proved herself to be an adept and intelligent attorney. She worked with me every step of the way and was tireless in her efforts to help me obtain custody of my children (which I did). I am grateful t...o have found such an experienced, skillful and compassionate lawyer. It's two years later and my children are now happy and well-adjusted in part due to my decision to hire Michelle for my custody case.

Ohhh where to start with Michelle... let's see I hired her for a child custody case because my sons mother won't let me see him, and after a down payment was paid she then proceeded to tell me I have to pay her another 500 bucks in travel fees. When I questioned it she got real nasty and then ignored... me. I'm new to the process so I questioned a 500 dollar travel charge, IM SORRY! The complete disrespect was unbelievable. Shortly after that she just ignored me. Going on 4 months now and haven't heard anything back. Lovely. Thanks! Stay away from this person. She's a horrible person with no desire to help people. Stay far away from this lady she's as cold as they come!

I had a attnorey who recently retired and she was amazing and it was so hard to find an attnorey like her and an affordable one as well. I just wentered back to court almost 2 years ago and spent some much in court not one but twice. At the time when I spoke with mrs. Goldstein I had an attorney a...nd he promised me everything I wanted. I was just so strain and stress trying to find an attorney that I went by my emotion instead of taking to find one. I spoken with Mrs. Goldstein a couple of times through email and she was always straight up forward with me not promising me anything but let me know that she would it be there to fight. I was just too scared to change because I had a court hearing and i did not know what to do. I knew I had to make a decision quick because my attorney was not going to fight for me. My attorney I had was not doing nothing for me I was the one given him date of my hearing and so on i felt like i had to be on top of him. I went to conciliation meeting I feel like I had no voice whatsoever ma do it was a waste. After speaking with Mrs. Goldstein and her assistant they were just so loving and caring and really had the heart of gold and they were passionate to help me and others. She put me on a payment plan that was very affordable and showed me by her action she is not in this for the money but to make a difference and to help. I'm glad I made the choice to hire Mrs.Goldstein. if you haven't read her assistance story please r ew ad it back from 2011 the 1st review and on how much is Goldstein fault for her was and was on her side was a true inspiration. Anyone that goes through a custody battle knows that it's the most hardest and difficult thing anyone can go through and I would definitely recommend this is Mrs. Goldstein to anyone not only is she a great an attorney but she has a great assistant who goes above and beyond to make sure that someone is fighting for them and that you have a voice.. When I went to see Michelle with a desperate need of protection from abuse, she was not feeling well and still did everything she could to make sure I was protected. She knew I was scared in the court, but insured me that I was going to be alright. In the court room, Michelle was no-nonsense. She was... professional, firm, prepared and ready for a fight.
