She was hired for a child custody case. The one time she showed up to court , she did not say a word, she simply allowed the hearing to take it's course with no defense for my case. Her and her so called assistant, have a habit of not returning calls nor working on cases. She sat on my case with the ...audacity to assume her needs came before my child. If she does not have the time than do not take money for new cases and have you sign an agreement. She had an excuse for every error , no show and no response. She would not take responsibilities nor be accountable for her lack of counse ans rudenessl. I strongly suggest you seek an attorney elsewhere. She clearly displays her vindictive mannerisms on here. Read her responses to anyone writing their review she sees as a negative . The truth hurts. Unfortunately, she knows nothing about truth only in getting her money. Her attorney skills are unprofessional and she is not active in her cases. Move onto another attorney! Your case is too important to have her waste your time !

I had a attnorey who recently retired and she was amazing and it was so hard to find an attnorey like her and an affordable one as well. I just wentered back to court almost 2 years ago and spent some much in court not one but twice. At the time when I spoke with mrs. Goldstein I had an attorney a...nd he promised me everything I wanted. I was just so strain and stress trying to find an attorney that I went by my emotion instead of taking to find one. I spoken with Mrs. Goldstein a couple of times through email and she was always straight up forward with me not promising me anything but let me know that she would it be there to fight. I was just too scared to change because I had a court hearing and i did not know what to do. I knew I had to make a decision quick because my attorney was not going to fight for me. My attorney I had was not doing nothing for me I was the one given him date of my hearing and so on i felt like i had to be on top of him. I went to conciliation meeting I feel like I had no voice whatsoever ma do it was a waste. After speaking with Mrs. Goldstein and her assistant they were just so loving and caring and really had the heart of gold and they were passionate to help me and others. She put me on a payment plan that was very affordable and showed me by her action she is not in this for the money but to make a difference and to help. I'm glad I made the choice to hire Mrs.Goldstein. if you haven't read her assistance story please r ew ad it back from 2011 the 1st review and on how much is Goldstein fault for her was and was on her side was a true inspiration. Anyone that goes through a custody battle knows that it's the most hardest and difficult thing anyone can go through and I would definitely recommend this is Mrs. Goldstein to anyone not only is she a great an attorney but she has a great assistant who goes above and beyond to make sure that someone is fighting for them and that you have a voice.. She is currently working my custody case. Attorney Goldstein is firm believer in the needs of the child above personal grievances between... parents. She doesn't grandstand, she simply conveys the facts of the case. She is in military terms what we refer to as "Quiet Professional". She hears your problem, addresses the problem, and then develops a clear concise course of action that gets results. She doesn't give you false sense of hope or sugarcoat actions of the court. Here is my story, I was 19 living with my parents had a 2 year old son. The father did not want anything to do with my baby until he got with his current wife. They threatened to take my child and the filed for custody and made me out to be a bad mother. Attorney Goldstein met me on a Saturday with h...er secretary TL taking notes. They found a whole bunch of things on the internet within the first 30 minutes I was there. They started working even though I had not paid them a dime. Attorney Goldstein stated even though I had brought the consult fee I could make payments on the account and she would go into court with me. She got me custody of my son. She fought with their attorney. I still make my payments and I still update her even though it is 2 years later. Now I am in my own place and have my son with me. I felt she was more of a friend and I still take my son there to visit her. Not everyone goes above and beyond like this Attorney. She expects justice and she will fight for you to get it.

I went to see Michelle and wanted to end my rights to my son. The mother had said she wanted nothing to do with me and I would never see my child. She threw me out when she was 8 months pregnant. I went to see Michelle and while I was waiting her secretary was talking to me about why did I look so sc...ared. I said this isn't for me and I don't think I should be here. She said hold on dont leave, with that she pushed back her chair went into Michelle's office, next thing I knew Michelle walked out and said come with me and let's talk. I was 19 no money working at Burger King and Living with my mom. I told her what I wanted to do and she said no. I said why she said because we are going to get you visitation and Fathers have rights too. She has been in my case and still is on my case making me and helping me to be the GREAT father I am today. If it would not have been for her secretary asking why was I so scared i would have got up and walked out. Now I know I always have Michelle to fight for me and my son. I can never thank her enough, she told me once I am not Attorney who wants to get rich, I want to see justice for everyone equally. She always makes you feel you more then just another paying client. You might not like the truth but with her you get the truth and justice.
