I went to Attorney Goldstein at her office expecting to listen to another Attorney making empty promises and grand standing about the creditenials they have. I spoke with TL her Assistant and she was gathering the information for Attorney Goldstein. We spoke for more then an hour for she ran a bac...kground check on the mother and her boyfriend. By the appointment I expected to have a bill for the work her assistant did to prepare for the consult. To my surprize Attorney Goldstein does everything for a flatrate and explained she chose this career to see that the children are protected. I was impressed, by the end of the consultation I had an Attorney and she had prepared the complaint after i had left and it was sent out the very same afternoon. The following week I attended the Family Business Court and Attorney Goldstein conducted herself with elegance and got a temporary order granting me primary pending the conference. She did not grandstand for the gallery, she stated the facts. Needless to say I realized she was a blessing to the legal profession and child advocate. She explains every aspect even down to how a situation may look from a child's point of view. Currently I primary of my children, I also have a new outlook on Attorneys and the Justice System. The mother and I are coparenting and attempting to do what is best for our children. Thanks Attorney Goldstein for rising above the standard and prove skeptics like I was there are Great attorneys still out there who believe in what they are doing.

Went and met Ms. Goldstein and Teresa back in November of 2013 with a child support issue. My child's father who left when she was 4 months was paying support but refused to pay medical expenses or give current pay stubs. After me trying to fight him for 10 years by myself I went and seen Ms. Golds...tein she assured me she would take care of it. 4 canceled court dates later we finally got our day today and I couldn't be any happier i left there feeling like I finally won she had 50 percent of her medical billed paid today and got my support to what it should be plus some!! And now is going after the other 20 percent he is ordered to pay! Her next step is finally getting my daughter adopted by her Daddy my husband who stepped up when her biological father left 10 years ago!!! Here is my story, I was 19 living with my parents had a 2 year old son. The father did not want anything to do with my baby until he got with his current wife. When you walk in to an Attorney's office you get a coldness because you know the situation is really bad and ask why did it have to come to this. Children are in the middle of the tug of war between parents. We met Attorney Godstein and we wanted guarantees about outcomes. She stated I am here to gi...ve you options and facts, I am not like other attorneys who have to sale themselves. I am not a car dealership and there is no warranty or guarantee of outcomes. I was shocked by the statement because she asked very simply do you love your child and your wife. I stated yes and will protect them no matter what then she stated I feel you both should proceed this way. You have to understand I was in the Military and I want truth bluntness and being direct about outcomes, I do not want the BS especially when it comes to my children and my wife. IF you are wondering if these are my step children you would be correct. Michelle stated you are in these children's lives and have influence on them. I stated to me they are just like my own and if we have to enter into court then I want you to represent my wife. I feel you would advocate for her and protect my childrens interest at the sametime. Needless to say she got us the outcome we needed and we are better and stronger as a family unit because we had an advocate who stood with us.

Michelle helped me get my foot in the door to see my son. I had no knowledge on beginning to get legal help. Michelle is very upfront and Aggressive when it come to custody deputes. When she says that father's have rights, that's what she focuses on. I also worked with her paralegal (TL) She is v...ery helpful and has the best heart.
