Michelle Ericka Goldstein

Michelle is an amazing attorney. I love how she keeps in touch with you and informs you on what's going on with your case. Also she is reasonable, and her payment plans are great. I'm glad that I found the best attorney there is. I would recommend her for everybody. I just have to thank her for all t...hat she has done for me this far, without her I wouldn't know where I would be with this.

I had a attnorey who recently retired and she was amazing and it was so hard to find an attnorey like her and an affordable one as well. I just wentered back to court almost 2 years ago and spent some much in court not one but twice. At the time when I spoke with mrs. Goldstein I had an attorney a...nd he promised me everything I wanted. I was just so strain and stress trying to find an attorney that I went by my emotion instead of taking to find one. I spoken with Mrs. Goldstein a couple of times through email and she was always straight up forward with me not promising me anything but let me know that she would it be there to fight. I was just too scared to change because I had a court hearing and i did not know what to do. I knew I had to make a decision quick because my attorney was not going to fight for me. My attorney I had was not doing nothing for me I was the one given him date of my hearing and so on i felt like i had to be on top of him. I went to conciliation meeting I feel like I had no voice whatsoever ma do it was a waste. After speaking with Mrs. Goldstein and her assistant they were just so loving and caring and really had the heart of gold and they were passionate to help me and others. She put me on a payment plan that was very affordable and showed me by her action she is not in this for the money but to make a difference and to help. I'm glad I made the choice to hire Mrs.Goldstein. if you haven't read her assistance story please r ew ad it back from 2011 the 1st review and on how much is Goldstein fault for her was and was on her side was a true inspiration. Anyone that goes through a custody battle knows that it's the most hardest and difficult thing anyone can go through and I would definitely recommend this is Mrs. Goldstein to anyone not only is she a great an attorney but she has a great assistant who goes above and beyond to make sure that someone is fighting for them and that you have a voice.. I cannot express how greatful I am for meeting Michelle. I contacted her after I received a letter that I needed to attend a criminal history hearing as part of my custody complaint. I was concerned that my past would come back to haunt me as I fight for custody of my daughter. I'm not much of a talk...er and I needed someone to be my voice. Michelle was so wonderful and answered all questions and concerns i had about my case. My wife and I walked out of her office with a weight off our shoulders and an attorney by my side not only for the criminal history hearing, but for the entire custody case. When I went to see Michelle with a desperate need of protection from abuse, she was not feeling well and still did everything she could to make sure I was protected. For those who feel Attorney Goldstein did not do right by them or their situation, well I must say you did not listen. She only has the best interests of the children first and her clients. This is a Attorney of substance and should really be a public speaker for educating and empowering people on what exactly this court system can do and the consequences of the outcomes. I have read the negative reviews left on here. I do not feel they were clients who took and learned what I have and so many others on the passion Attorney Goldstein has for her profession.
