I had a attnorey who recently retired and she was amazing and it was so hard to find an attnorey like her and an affordable one as well. I just wentered back to court almost 2 years ago and spent some much in court not one but twice. At the time when I spoke with mrs. Goldstein I had an attorney a...nd he promised me everything I wanted. I was just so strain and stress trying to find an attorney that I went by my emotion instead of taking to find one. I spoken with Mrs. Goldstein a couple of times through email and she was always straight up forward with me not promising me anything but let me know that she would it be there to fight. I was just too scared to change because I had a court hearing and i did not know what to do. I knew I had to make a decision quick because my attorney was not going to fight for me. My attorney I had was not doing nothing for me I was the one given him date of my hearing and so on i felt like i had to be on top of him. I went to conciliation meeting I feel like I had no voice whatsoever ma do it was a waste. After speaking with Mrs. Goldstein and her assistant they were just so loving and caring and really had the heart of gold and they were passionate to help me and others. She put me on a payment plan that was very affordable and showed me by her action she is not in this for the money but to make a difference and to help. I'm glad I made the choice to hire Mrs.Goldstein. if you haven't read her assistance story please r ew ad it back from 2011 the 1st review and on how much is Goldstein fault for her was and was on her side was a true inspiration. Anyone that goes through a custody battle knows that it's the most hardest and difficult thing anyone can go through and I would definitely recommend this is Mrs. Goldstein to anyone not only is she a great an attorney but she has a great assistant who goes above and beyond to make sure that someone is fighting for them and that you have a voice.. When I went to see Michelle with a desperate need of protection from abuse, she was not feeling well and still did everything she could to make sure I was protected. She knew I was scared in the court, but insured me that I was going to be alright. In the court room, Michelle was no-nonsense. She was... professional, firm, prepared and ready for a fight. I couldn't have picked a better lawyer.

I came to Attorney Goldstein not know anything about how to file for custody. My husband left my children and I broke with no income to support ourselves. Attorney Goldstein stated we will help. She is also mentoring her assistant. I broke down into tears and Attorney Goldstein stated this is what we... are going to do. My ex husband 3 years later thanked me for everything. For those who feel Attorney Goldstein did not do right by them or their situation, well I must say you did not listen. She only has the best interests of the children first and her clients. This is a Attorney of substance and should really be a public speaker for educating and empowering people on what exactly this court system can do and the consequences of the outcomes. I have read the negative reviews left on here. I do not feel they were clients who took and learned what I have and so many others on the passion Attorney Goldstein has for her profession. Thank you Attorney Goldstein for showing me the benefits of being an empowered woman. In addition empowering and showing a father the empowerment he needed at the time to be a supportive co parent.

I'm not sure where to start or how to best describe the most professional experience I have ever had with someone in this field and of this caliber. As I search through my memories to describe my experience with Ms. Goldstein, I can't help but to realize how fortunate I feel to have Attorney Goldstei...n's representation. I have worked with several lawyers in the past with my custody issues and was left with poor representation and debt. A lot of debt... I remember with those attorneys feeling like I was "beneath them" and I was "just another case". My case was made unusual by my firing an attorney two weeks prior to my trial and then seeking out the Law offices of Attorney Goldstein. Both Michelle and her assistant Teresa worked thru the short time frame as if it was their own futures at stake. They both put in long hours and demanded a good ...deal of information and availability on my part. I truly felt they treated my case as if I was a family member in dire need of help. Teresa helped prepare Attorney Goldstein who then went after my case in court with the greatest professionalism and vigor. Without the carful detailing of this office I would have been gravely unprepared. I can't say enough to explain the comfort I had having Michelle by my side at my trial. She fought to gain a more reasonable custody situation for my children. She also didn't "B.S." me when it came to expenses of a trial. My previous attorney had many challenges in this department, and I was very uneasy hiring someone new. Michelle put my fears to rest both for my custody case substance and it's inevitable expense.
