She is the best!!!!!!!!!

I had a attnorey who recently retired and she was amazing and it was so hard to find an attnorey like her and an affordable one as well. I just wentered back to court almost 2 years ago and spent some much in court not one but twice. At the time when I spoke with mrs. Goldstein I had an attorney a...nd he promised me everything I wanted. I was just so strain and stress trying to find an attorney that I went by my emotion instead of taking to find one. I spoken with Mrs. Goldstein a couple of times through email and she was always straight up forward with me not promising me anything but let me know that she would it be there to fight. I was just too scared to change because I had a court hearing and i did not know what to do. I knew I had to make a decision quick because my attorney was not going to fight for me. My attorney I had was not doing nothing for me I was the one given him date of my hearing and so on i felt like i had to be on top of him. I went to conciliation meeting I feel like I had no voice whatsoever ma do it was a waste. After speaking with Mrs. Goldstein and her assistant they were just so loving and caring and really had the heart of gold and they were passionate to help me and others. She put me on a payment plan that was very affordable and showed me by her action she is not in this for the money but to make a difference and to help. I'm glad I made the choice to hire Mrs.Goldstein. if you haven't read her assistance story please r ew ad it back from 2011 the 1st review and on how much is Goldstein fault for her was and was on her side was a true inspiration. Anyone that goes through a custody battle knows that it's the most hardest and difficult thing anyone can go through and I would definitely recommend this is Mrs. Goldstein to anyone not only is she a great an attorney but she has a great assistant who goes above and beyond to make sure that someone is fighting for them and that you have a voice.. Thank you ladies! Christine

Former client

Michelle is a very nice person but is not a very good custody attorney. I trusted her with my whole case but the truth is the farther involved my case got.. The more I realized that I had made the biggest mistake by hiring her. I do not usually write reviews but I know there will be someone out there... that is going thro the same custody situation an is looking anywhere for hope. UNDERSTAND that their are other attorneys out their with just as good $ rates and way better representation.. You just need to keep looking. Custody cases are stressful and the last thing you need is an attorney that truly doesn't represent her clients the best way possible. I advise the next person who reads this review to take a moment and really think twice before you hire this attorney. Wish you the best of luck.

Good Attorneys exist

I went to Attorney Goldstein at her office expecting to listen to another Attorney making empty promises and grand standing about the creditenials they have. I spoke with TL her Assistant and she was gathering the information for Attorney Goldstein. We spoke for more then an hour for she ran a bac...kground check on the mother and her boyfriend. By the appointment I expected to have a bill for the work her assistant did to prepare for the consult. To my surprize Attorney Goldstein does everything for a flatrate and explained she chose this career to see that the children are protected. I was impressed, by the end of the consultation I had an Attorney and she had prepared the complaint after i had left and it was sent out the very same afternoon. The following week I attended the Family Business Court and Attorney Goldstein conducted herself with elegance and got a temporary order granting me primary pending the conference. She did not grandstand for the gallery, she stated the facts. Needless to say I realized she was a blessing to the legal profession and child advocate. She explains every aspect even down to how a situation may look from a child's point of view. Currently I primary of my children, I also have a new outlook on Attorneys and the Justice System. The mother and I are coparenting and attempting to do what is best for our children. Thanks Attorney Goldstein for rising above the standard and prove skeptics like I was there are Great attorneys still out there who believe in what they are doing.

My story for a Attorney who goes above and beyond

My review is a little different, short and to the point. As stated in other reviews Attorney Goldstein is all of those things. The only thing missing is mention of the dedication and time she spend answering endless questions and preparing for each case. In my case it was pushed to a hearing, I had s...o many questions and emailed them all as I thought of them. She answered them and explained she was working on my case with a flu. This was a Saturday. Wednesday of the next week was the hearing. I was so nervous, Monday came the opposing Attorney sent her everything asked to settle the case. I was awarded primary custody and he got every other weekend. I went to office and spoke about the stipulation. I looked at her and stated none of this would be possible without the time and dedication you kept through the process. We sent the signed documents over and I went to pay the remaining balance , I ask her what is my bill expecting to be charged for all the correspondence and hours of work she had done. She stated you paid your balance in full there Is no other charges. Attorney of her caliber should be working in a big law firm as a partner, that was also the time I realized she is not your typical Attorney. Thank you Attorney Goldstein from all those like myself you have helped.

I am no fool with this Attorney on my side.

Here is my story, I was 19 living with my parents had a 2 year old son. The father did not want anything to do with my baby until he got with his current wife. They threatened to take my child and the filed for custody and made me out to be a bad mother. Attorney Goldstein met me on a Saturday with h...er secretary TL taking notes. They found a whole bunch of things on the internet within the first 30 minutes I was there. They started working even though I had not paid them a dime. Attorney Goldstein stated even though I had brought the consult fee I could make payments on the account and she would go into court with me. She got me custody of my son. She fought with their attorney. I still make my payments and I still update her even though it is 2 years later. Now I am in my own place and have my son with me. I felt she was more of a friend and I still take my son there to visit her. Not everyone goes above and beyond like this Attorney. She expects justice and she will fight for you to get it.
