My title is different, I was the opposing party against Attorney Goldstein. I felt she represented the Mother in such a way that I should have hired her. We went through a bitter divorce and we both were trying to use the children against the other.. Attorney Goldstein talked with my attorney over a ...weekend correspondence and they both sat us down and had a very firm talk. Looking back on it now Attorney Goldstein did most of the talking. She was not like most attorneys and talking to us in a demeaning way. She outlined this situation and brought to our attention the children were the ones suffering because of our stupidity. My attorney did not say a word, when I inquired after the meeting why they sat there with their mouth shut, she states because I feel this was a waste of time going through a conference and then trying to work something out. I stated Attorney Goldstein brought up what matters most is the children and their well being. Not only did she suggest ways for us to coparent even went further to give the mother idea of family therapy. 3 years have now past and I have to say thank you for going above and beyond stating to us how we were acting, my children have 2 parents that are coparenting in a healthy way because of the points you brought to our attention that day.

I came to Attorney Goldstein trying to find a direction in how to proceed with my custody case. I had already been through 2 attorneys who did not accomplish what was in the best interests of my children. I found not only an honestly regarding Attorney Goldstein but also a alternative outlook on the ...case. She broached my case with a empathy and compassion for my children and helped to point out facts I was only looking at from my point of view. She went into the courtroom and stated to me I want you to know I will not predict an outcome I will do everything I can to make an outcome that is best for your children and your situation. I was prepared for the worst and Attorney Goldstein was honest about the outcome and negotiated everything so that not only did it help my communication with the other parent but mostly the outcome became a benefit for my children. I am proud to state that because of this attorney she makes a total difference in the legal profession. If more attorneys had have of the empathy and compassion that Attorney Goldstein does there would a lot more children who would have parents that get along and have better communication. She makes a difference. If you are reading this I hope you will seek out Attorney Goldstein and you will understand in the legal profession blessings do exist for she was ours and I owe her that compliment.

Michelle is a very nice person however her law skills are very questionable. She has an aid that works with her that has no legal background, she does not deal with issues in a professional way, the only thing she cares about is payment. If I had kept her as my lawyer I would not have the custody tha...t I have today, I'm confident that i would have lost all custody due to her lack of knowledge of PA law. If you have a complicated case that look somewhere else, if a lawyer and her price seems to good to be true then it IS! Beware..

In a Sea of Lawyers that prey on your hopes and just want to take your money. Attorney Goldstein and her trusted assistant Mrs. Lewis, are a breathe of fresh air. She is currently working my custody case. Attorney Goldstein is firm believer in the needs of the child above personal grievances between... parents. She doesn't grandstand, she simply conveys the facts of the case. She is in military terms what we refer to as "Quiet Professional". She hears your problem, addresses the problem, and then develops a clear concise course of action that gets results. She doesn't give you false sense of hope or sugarcoat actions of the court. I have been through (4) different Lawyer's over the years and no one has handled my case as well as Michele and Teresa have. They brought my child home for the summer!!! I went to Attorney Goldstein at her office expecting to listen to another Attorney making empty promises and grand standing about the creditenials they have. I spoke with TL her Assistant and she was gathering the information for Attorney Goldstein. We spoke for more then an hour for she ran a bac...kground check on the mother and her boyfriend. By the appointment I expected to have a bill for the work her assistant did to prepare for the consult. To my surprize Attorney Goldstein does everything for a flatrate and explained she chose this career to see that the children are protected. I was impressed, by the end of the consultation I had an Attorney and she had prepared the complaint after i had left and it was sent out the very same afternoon. The following week I attended the Family Business Court and Attorney Goldstein conducted herself with elegance and got a temporary order granting me primary pending the conference. She did not grandstand for the gallery, she stated the facts. Needless to say I realized she was a blessing to the legal profession and child advocate. She explains every aspect even down to how a situation may look from a child's point of view. Currently I primary of my children, I also have a new outlook on Attorneys and the Justice System. The mother and I are coparenting and attempting to do what is best for our children. Thanks Attorney Goldstein for rising above the standard and prove skeptics like I was there are Great attorneys still out there who believe in what they are doing.
