She was hired for a child custody case. The one time she showed up to court , she did not say a word, she simply allowed the hearing to take it's course with no defense for my case. Her and her so called assistant, have a habit of not returning calls nor working on cases. She sat on my case with the ...audacity to assume her needs came before my child. If she does not have the time than do not take money for new cases and have you sign an agreement. She had an excuse for every error , no show and no response. She would not take responsibilities nor be accountable for her lack of counse ans rudenessl. I strongly suggest you seek an attorney elsewhere. She clearly displays her vindictive mannerisms on here. Read her responses to anyone writing their review she sees as a negative . The truth hurts. Unfortunately, she knows nothing about truth only in getting her money. Her attorney skills are unprofessional and she is not active in her cases. Move onto another attorney! Your case is too important to have her waste your time !

I retained Ms. Goldstein's services in a difficult custody case against my children's mother and she proved herself to be an adept and intelligent attorney. She worked with me every step of the way and was tireless in her efforts to help me obtain custody of my children (which I did). When I met with her she said with confidence I had a great case, When it went to court, she advised me to go with joint custody before he even finished his time on the stand. She didn't even do a cross examination. I agreed because she scared me into it saying I could lose all custody. Her legal ai...d contacted me when I missed a payment. It was so unprofessional. She made me feel as though my child custody case was of no importance when it finally came to court. She seemed like she just wanted to get out of there and get it over with.

I had a attnorey who recently retired and she was amazing and it was so hard to find an attnorey like her and an affordable one as well. I just wentered back to court almost 2 years ago and spent some much in court not one but twice. At the time when I spoke with mrs. Goldstein I had an attorney a...nd he promised me everything I wanted. I was just so strain and stress trying to find an attorney that I went by my emotion instead of taking to find one. I spoken with Mrs. Goldstein a couple of times through email and she was always straight up forward with me not promising me anything but let me know that she would it be there to fight. I was just too scared to change because I had a court hearing and i did not know what to do. I knew I had to make a decision quick because my attorney was not going to fight for me. My attorney I had was not doing nothing for me I was the one given him date of my hearing and so on i felt like i had to be on top of him. I went to conciliation meeting I feel like I had no voice whatsoever ma do it was a waste. After speaking with Mrs. Goldstein and her assistant they were just so loving and caring and really had the heart of gold and they were passionate to help me and others. She put me on a payment plan that was very affordable and showed me by her action she is not in this for the money but to make a difference and to help. Anyone that goes through a custody battle knows that it's the most hardest and difficult thing anyone can go through and I would definitely recommend this is Mrs. Goldstein to anyone not only is she a great an attorney but she has a great assistant who goes above and beyond to make sure that someone is fighting for them and that you have a voice.. I cannot express how greatful I am for meeting Michelle. I contacted her after I received a letter that I needed to attend a criminal history hearing as part of my custody complaint. I was concerned that my past would come back to haunt me as I fight for custody of my daughter. I'm not much of a talk...er and I needed someone to be my voice. Michelle was so wonderful and answered all questions and concerns i had about my case.
