Andrew is a great attorney and a great guy. Assured me that my license was going to be OK and to quit worrying so much. Pretty much knew what was going to happen just by looking at my case. He saved my license and I am still able to acquire a CDL. Also is very familiar with Van wert. Don't think I could have called anyone better for the job. Thank you Andy.

I was charged with a DUI hit n skip failure to obay traffic controlling devices. Talked to Andrew knew right away I was gonna hire him. He talks n treats you like a person not a job or like he's better than u. Down to earth reasonable guy. Ended up no license suspension at all only couple fines. A+

I got pulled over earlier this year for not using my turn signal. I had just left a bar after having four beers in a two hour period. Officer thought I was impaired and had me go through all the field sobriety tests which I thought I did fine on. Officer had me blow and it came back a .036. Officer still said I was impaired and gave me a ticket for OVI. E mailed Andrew on a Sunday and he called me back that same day and put my mind at ease. Long story short he was able to get the charges dropped completely. Highly recommend!!!!

I contacted Andy after a late night and few too many type of mistake. I got his number from his website that I found through a quick google search, and he responded to me within 3 or 4 hours (it was 7 am mind you). He also contacted me from his personal number. I gave him the brief details of what had happened (Accident and refusal) and also told him that I was leaving out of state the next day for 2 weeks. I was worried I would have to cancel my appointments out of state but he assured me that he would have the case continued until Andy and I could meet in person to get the exact details figured out. Right away this was a major stress relief. Before our conversation on the phone ended, he told me that he had called me on his personal number and not to hesitate to call or text him if I had any other questions.
Fast forward a few weeks, Andy and I meet in person, he is a very professional person and carries himself well, its no wonder why he's respected so well in the court room (you should see some of the other attorneys.... not shaven, shirts not tucked in.... etc...) Andy's professional look and his professional demeanor sealed the deal with me and I officially retained him to represent me, with a lot on the line.
Andy got a court date set for me relatively soon, and explained it was just to kind of see where we were with the charges and prosecution. No surprise that the case was continued. This happened for a total of about 4 times.
Now honestly I was a little frustrated that it was taking so long. But my issue was not with Andy, It was completely the court that was stalling the case. Andy was very good and patient with me, explaining everything that had happened in the court room that day and why we had to continue again.
We finally got a "final" court date nearly 6 months after the initial incident. We reached our goal of a reduction to a non moving alcohol related offense and a judicial suspension.
I truly believe that I got this outcome because Andy represented me in the court room. He did a thorough assessment of me and used my strengths to plea my case and hid my weakness' away from the prosecution. He always was on time, kept his appointments, and knew what was happening with the case. I contacted Andy at least 20 or 30 times on his personal line throughout the process, and he was very prompt and patient in answering all of my questions.
That being said, He was difficult to get a hold of sometimes, but when he did reply he always had the answer to my question. I imagine that he was busy with other clients at the time, which, is a good thing. You want your attorney to be in demand... that means he's good.
Andy was the best choice for me. It wasn't as timely as I had hoped, but we got the results that were needed for me to keep my job, and thats what matters. If you're reading this debating on weather or not to retain Andy, I would recommend you do.
God Forbid I'm ever in this situation again, Andy will be my first call.

Back in June of this year, I got pulled over in Toledo after my buddies birthday party and had about 4 beers. Apparently I cut someone off, I don't recall seeing anybody, but that doesn't matter. I didn't feel drunk, the officer asked if I had anything to drink, I said I had some beers. I did his tests which I thought I did perfectly. Got arrested and blew a .102. I was terrified, I am student at the university of Toledo, and have an internship position within the area. Andrew is professional and contacted me through text messages and phone calls. He is straight up with you, he will tell you how it is and he said he was positive he can reduce the charges. Case got dropped to reckless driving, no OVI, just a big parking ticket! My boss doesn't know, and I can continue on with my life with a clean record! So thankful for Andrew, and I would recommend him to everyone in Toledo. His prices are reasonable and saved me a ton of money in the long run! Thank you Andrew!

Hired Andrew based on my internet search and a suggestion from a Michigan attorney. He kept me informed and advised throughout. Outcome was better than fair.

Andrew is a very straight forward and very knowledgeable in the laws surrounding dui/ovi cases. He knows when the prosecutors are trying to play hardball and can figure out ways to get around them. He knows the ins and outs of the courtroom environment very well, would definately recommend him to anyone.
