Biography
Attorney Bucher focuses his practice on assisting persons charged with OVI/DUI across Northwest Ohio. He sets himself apart from other OVI attorneys through his training which includes certification as an instructor in NHTSA Standardized Field Sobriety Testing, training in Headspace Gas Chromatography (the process used by all Ohio crime labs to analyze blood and urine samples), training in advanced drug recognition, certification on Ohio 's breath testing equipment, and his continual training in OVI specific topics through the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, DUI Defense Lawyers Association, and the National College of DUI Defense.
In addition to this training that is OVI specific, Attorney Bucher is a graduate of the University of Toledo College of Pharmacy. This allows him to take a scientific approach to those cases where chemical testing of some sort (breath, blood, or urine) is conducted.
Attorney Bucher accepts select personal injury cases and traffic cases that are not OVI specific.

Replied last December 13, 2016Glad you are pleased! I did just want to clarify that a reckless operation is more like a big speeding ticket than a big parking ticket. Also, to all of you who may read this and wonder if we are talking about a "wet reckless" there is no such thing in Ohio (with one sidebar) A "wet reckless" as you have encountered elsewhere on the internet and regrettably, even from some Ohio lawyers whose knowledge is questionable given their stance, is a reference to a reckless driving charge that includes an element of alcohol, impairment, and/or being "less safe" due to alcohol or drugs in your system. THERE IS NO LAW IN OHIO LIKE THAT. Ohio's revised code only includes driving recklessly, period. There is never any reference to alcohol or impairment for an Ohio reckless operation. The only "wet reckless" we have in Ohio is recklessly operating a watercraft and that is due to H2O and not Ethanol. Please be kind regarding grammar or spelling as I posted this comment from my phone whose spelling and grammatical features are not engaged at this time for some reason unknown to me.
