Mr. Shamansky was hired in March 2012 to handle my DUI case. During, he was challenged with many obstacles, yet he perservered and was able to negotiate a plea to a lesser offense. My case wasn't your typical DUI case as it also included a criminal charge of fleeing. That charge was dismissed base...d purely on Mr. Shamansky's skill and dedication to his client. That skill and dedication included getting another driving violation charge stemming from the 2012 case in 2013 being dismissed.
