Best Lawyer in Columbus

Sam is the BEST Lawyer in Columbus. He handled my case very smoothly and always answered phone calls and responded promptly. He beat my OVI case and beat the prosecutor. I would hire Sam for all criminal cases he's honestly the best at what he does

Best attorney in the state for ovi’s

I’ve retained Sam for 4 ovi charges and I can say unequivocally I have gotten the best possible outcome in each case, avoiding jail time. Sam is pricey but you get what you pay for- he will always be my first call when legal trouble presents.

So glad I hired him...

I hired Sam the day after being pulled over for suspected OVI, and he got my license back within days. The arrest video was pretty damning, but he managed to make a deal that was better than I had hoped would be possible. It was downgraded to a reckless opp, and while that also comes with a year susp...ension, the suspension was retroactively applied to the arrest date, leaving me with less than four months to go. There were generous driving privileges granted as well. He also saved me an additional $500 reinstatement fee by having the suspension under the court and not the BMV. You can find plenty of attorneys that cost less, but not better at getting you the best possible outcome...I would go with Sam every time.

Worked Hard for OVI

Sam is the best in the business! He worked so hard and never gave up to get my OVI charges dropped down and for me to keep my license. I will always recommend him as the best defense attorney in the area!

Outstanding result

I had a nasty DUI in Delaware. Sam got it reduced to reckless and had my license suspension terminated. Outstanding result for which I'm extremely grateful.
