Biography
My practice is dedicated to representing people charged with criminal offenses. I pride myself on having handled every type of criminal case from beginning to end. I learned as a prosecutor in the U.S. Army that a successful attorney must be dedicated and devoted to getting results. That takes time and practical knowledge. As I approach my 18th year practicing law, I bring those experiences earned inside the courtroom during jury trials to each one of my client's cases. Results do matter and I know that preparing properly before trial is one of the keys to success and obtaining a not guilty verdict for my clients.

Excellent and honest

Consultation with Mr. Funkhouser....
