I hired Sam for a pretty intricate drug case which involved several 1st & 2nd degree felonies for which I was facing a lot of time and because I was told he was the best attorney hands down. Well first off, he charged twice the price of every other attorney I consulted and all he did was file a mot...ion for discovery (which is standard procedure anyway) and he sent an associate to 1 hearing. I don’t know if he just didn’t like me or what but he was arrogant, condescending & downright rude... until I bonded out of jail. After that, he was a little nicer, but he still gave me no hope by telling me we had no chance of beating the case and the only thing we could do was hope for the best plea offer from the prosecutor! I fired him when I found another attorney that saw my case as I saw it and wanted to argue the case @ trial which is still ongoing. In the meantime, I have already gotten a plea offer 3 times better than what Sam said he could get me which tells me I do stand a chance of beating the case @ trial. Of course, he only refunded a minuscule portion of significant fee he was paid and I was given a ridiculously overblown statement of his (lack of) services ($600 for 1 phone call !! Really??) so in my opinion Sam Shemansky is nothing but a crook. I wouldn’t recommend him to my worst enemy!

Sam is a high profile attorney. Respected by the legal system in Central Ohio. If you are in need of assistance he is the best. Lawyers are sorta like poker players. Some are good but very few are great. No question which one he is. Your freedom and rights are in someway being effected right now if y...ou are reading lawyers reviews. Don't second guess if you want the best. If like myself sometimes it is wise to be accompanied by your personal advocate such as a trusted family member or friend to get your full account to him because while in distress people cannot always remember every detail as that is the most important thing. If your wrong your wrong you know. But if your right you will be @lright in his presences. I am a Central Ohio Contractor with my own unique type of "Public Relation" skills. A faithful attorney. He is the real deal and focuses on your best interests as he took and honored his duty by the oath as all attorneys most do, but not all care like him. Just my honest oppion from my experience knowing Sam Shamansky.

Sam handled a case for my son (2nd case) this week. He is probably the most knowledgeable attorney I have ever met. He knows the rules, and knows how to use the rules to your advantage. Both times we have used Sam, he has "saved" us from what could have been a very severe outcome. He is honest, f...orthright, and someone you can count on to get a good result. I would highly recommend him.......best in town and highly respected in the court system.
