A Top Attorney

I fully recommend Robert Goldstein. If you are in need of an attorney than you want to be protected by the best. Bob has a wonderful legal mind. I didn't initially realize all the different types of law he practiced, but he was was so helpful to me during my difficult divorce. He understood the situation and knew the best way to attack the problem and come up with a solution. I feel very lucky to have had him in my corner working for me.

My views on Bob as an attorney

Bob is a great attorney. He helped my son get a reduced ticket in traffic court . Bob researched and found the traffic ticket was written incorrectly. He negotiated a commercial real estate contract for me. I was dropped from a class action lawsuit, and Bob got me reinstated. The result was that I received thousands of dollars that I would not have received had I been dropped from the lawsuit. As you can see Bob is multi talented and receives my highest recommendation.

Robert Goldstein fought for my rights and won!

Not even a month after I replaced my car’s engine, I was involved in an accident that was not my fault. My car was totaled. In calculating my settlement, the insurance company refused to consider the mileage on the new engine . Thanks to Robert Goldstein fighting for my rights, the insurance company gave me what my car was truly worth with the new engine.

Unbelievable

I must say that I was so impressed by this attorney. He was the second attorney I had tried to use. The first was uniformed and incapable. Mr. Goldstein could do more for me in fifteen minutes than my other attorney did in 6 months. He also did all of this when not many other attorneys understood how to work my case. After losing much before hiring Mr. Goldstein, I even received a refund of left over funds that came to fruition due to his cost savvy.I have never heard of that before and thank him for resolving my case without ever going to court. He is a great attorney and I can't express my gratitude enough for his work and helping me to begin to take the first steps in rebuilding my life back after a debilitating circumstance. I give my best wishes to his office and secretary for their capabilities and responses. I highly recommend this attorney and his staff. Thank you Mr. Goldstein for a job well done.

STAY AWAY-Nearly went to jail

Went to establish visitation. Agreement papers in court contained out dated language that the Judge didn't sign. Sat many months on a desk somewhere. Was advised that mistake was found and nothing to worry about, would be taken care of. Additional months had past and kept calling Child support agency. Received court papers my child support was in the rears. Prosecutor told me my attorney (Goldstein) didn't pick up my paper and deliver them to agency across the street. Needless to say the charges were dropped against me; however, could have went to jail all because someone didn't complete their job. I was immediately over $5,000 in the rears, which went directly to my credit report. Had to go back to court to fix this mess. This was a complete nightmare that could have not gone any worse.

I'm not entirely sure who this person is or if he was even a client of mine. I have no recollection of this incident. Further, when court papers are signed by a Judge, they are automatically transferred to the CSEA by the clerk's office. If paperwork was not received by the Child Support Agency, that would have been a mistake made by the clerk and not by the attorney.
