Gets Results

Sam is definitely among the best lawyers in this country. He has represented me for multiple cases and has gotten favorable results every time. He is very straightforward, direct, and efficient. I definitely recommend him to anyone seeking representation.

Not cool

Consulted a few months ago w Sam and his colleagues about a DUI /gun case (concealed carry permit). He made me feel like I was a convicted felon and my family very uneasy. Then was gonna charge exactly 3x the other reputable attorneys charged. Don’t know where he gets his reputation from, but he’s ...very arrogant for some odd reason.

Experience speaks for its self. Sam is the best in columbus ohio hands down

I was very skeptical going into Sam's office never trusted Lawyers in my life. Sam guaranteed he would take care of me and expungement because I never been arrested in my life. Sam is a man of his word, advice to anyone get your money right and you will not be disappointed.

Best trial Attorney in Columbus

Sam handled the trial in my F2 possession case. It looked like a Perry Mason episode. I've never seen anyone so articulate and pursuasive in a court room except maybe in the movies. Im not sure he didnt look better than the movies. If your in trouble, you need Sam!

No Finer Advocate

Mr. Shamansky was hired in March 2012 to handle my DUI case. During, he was challenged with many obstacles, yet he perservered and was able to negotiate a plea to a lesser offense. My case wasn't your typical DUI case as it also included a criminal charge of fleeing. That charge was dismissed base...d purely on Mr. Shamansky's skill and dedication to his client. That skill and dedication included getting another driving violation charge stemming from the 2012 case in 2013 being dismissed. And, finally this year, he yet again managed to successfully advocate for me with an expungement of the 2012 criminal charge. Mr. Shamansky is a true advocate for his clients. He will not allow anything to get in the way of doing his best by you.
