Had no clue as to the procedures in fighting an OVI citation. He was direct and honest from the start. He felt I had a very good chance of beating an unwarranted charge and laid it on the line the first time I sat down with him. The fees were well worth the outcome. He stuck to his game plan with...

I definitely would recommed Michael for legal assistance. He represented me with an OVI case. I was extremely impressed, from the consultation to the final judgement. His knowledge and expertise of the law was obvious throughout the entire process. I am extremely happy with the outcome of my case....
"Mike was a prosecutor on a number of cases that I handled over the years. He was firm but fair with me and my clients."
"Mike is excellent attorney who works for a superb firm. As a fellow OVI attorney, I can attest those guys are some of the top drunk driving/criminal attorneys in the State, and Mike is no exception. I regularly seek Mike's advice on cases (particularly those in Delaware County) and he is always full of insightful ideas and thoughtful advice. I would recommend him to anyone - family, friends, and anyone in need of top-notch criminal defense representation."
"Mike has a unique perspective on the courtroom due to the fact that he has spent time prosecuting and defending clients. He has spent more time in the courtroom then most attorneys ever will. I recomend Mike."
