Biography
Michael Marrocco, a lawyer with more than 20 years of legal and trial experience, is an associate attorney with The Law Offices of Saia & Piatt, Inc., with offices in Columbus and Delaware, Ohio.
As the primary attorney in our Delaware, Ohio office, Attorney Marrocco focuses his practice on the defense of OVI, criminal and traffic offenses. Attorney Marrocco brings years of legal experience and knowledge of the law to ensure that every client receives excellent representation.
Mike has set himself apart from his peers by completing training in the operation and maintenance of the Intoxilyzer 8000, the newest breathalyzer machine to be put in use in Ohio. He has also completed the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's course on DWI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing-the same course administered to police officers throughout the State.
Prior to joining the firm in 2009, Attorney Marrocco amassed a strong reputation as a lawyer who adamantly defends clients in all areas of criminal law, including OVI defense, criminal defense and traffic violations. Attorney Marrocco brings over a decade of trial practice experience as well as prosecutorial experience, in handling thousands of OVI, criminal and traffic matters, including extensive jury trial experience.
