Ermel Ray Luckett Jr.

Mr. Luckett is the firm’s practicing attorney and has over 26 years of experience in Criminal Litigation.  Mr. Luckett practices in Ohio’s courts of Common Pleas, local Municipal and Mayor’s courts as well as in Ohio’s Federal District courts.  Prior to entering private practice, Ermel worked with the Franklin County Prosecutor’s office for several years, and was the head of the department’s drug unit.  This experience provided specific insight into the evaluation of the strength of the State’s case against a Defendant.  Mr. Luckett primarily focuses his practice on upper level criminal offenses.
