About Thomas
Biography
I help people who have been severely injured or lost a loved one as a result of the negligence of others. I do this by holding insurance companies and large corporations financially accountable for the harm they cause. If you are in need of my services, you have already suffered a serious loss. I'm here to make sure you do not suffer a second loss---this time at the hands of an insurance company or corporation.
What makes me unique is that I give each one of my clients the personal attention they deserve and I make myself available to every client. Also, unlike many of the attorneys you see on TV today, I do not simply take cases in hopes of settling the matter for whatever the insurance company thinks is fair. I have tried dozens cases in both state and federal court and have obtained several million dollar and six figure jury verdicts. If I take your case, I am prepared to go to trial.
I have successfully handled numerous medical malpractice cases, auto and truck accident cases, and other personal injury and wrongful death matters.

Excellent and Respected
