I concentrate my practice in the areas of estate planning and post-death administration, as well as asset protection planning and charitable planned giving. I counsel clients with respect to a wide range of issues relating to wills and trusts, estate planning, probate, trust administration, asset protection, charitable giving, business succession and taxes.
I am a member of WealthCounsel, LLC, a national provider of estate planning education and document drafting systems, and also a member of e.Planners Educational Alliance, a non-profit educational organization founded by prominent estate, trust, tax and business attorneys from around the United States. It provides state of the art educational opportunities and resources for its members while furthering the collegiality of the profession.
I have presented nationally to professional audiences for e.Planners Educational Alliance, WealthCounsel, LLC, the University of Mississippi’s Mid-South Conference on Estate Planning, the Esperti Peterson Institute for Advanced Estate Planning Strategies, the Teton Institute, the Planned Giving Council of Greater Memphis and the Mid-South Forum of Estate Planners.
