I involve my clients at every phase of their injury claim from start to finish. They are never "in the dark" about their case. I value their input and keep them up-to-date on the progress of their case.
The best service we can offer our clients is personal one-on-one legal counsel specific to their needs and issues. My clients speak directly to me. That level and depth of communication and relationship is nearly impossible at a large injury firm where a client is just another face in the crowd.
There are too many lawyer commercials making statements as if they are doing the public a favor. Here's the honest truth:
1. A personal injury attorney will almost never charge for an initial consultaton;
2. All injury attorneys work on a contingent fee i.e. no payment unless they are successful in obtaining you money;
3. All attorneys say they will "fight for you".
It has been my honor to honestly represent victims of accidents and those who have been injured due to someone's negligent, reckless and criminal actions. I have dedicated the past 15 years of my practice focusing on litigating personal injury matters. I have represented and helped well over 2000 clients and their families to recover damages for their loss.
My clients include family members who lost a loved one due to a tragic accident, injured children, construction workers injured while working and a host of others.
I have recovered millions of dollars for my clients. That is not a point of pride for me. I am proud that my clients were never "in the dark" about the status of their case or the direction we were taking the case. We worked together to achieve success.
