Since 2003, Mr. Runger has provided aggressive and ethical representation for his clients, no matter how big or small their cases may be, in many different areas of law. Mr. Runger routinely represents individuals who are injured in car or trucking accidents and assists them in recovering money for their medical bills, lost wages and pain and suffering. Mr. Runger has tried numerous cases, both non-jury and jury, and prides himself on fighting for his clients' rights and not backing down to insurance companies who refuse to deal in good faith with his clients
Mr. Runger prepares Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney, Powers of Attorney for Healthcare and Living Wills for his Memphis and Bartlett clients as well. He also handles estates in Probate Court when an individual passes away. Understanding that people are overwhelmed with grief after the death of a loved one, Mr. Runger helps his clients manage the affairs, including the transfer of assets, that must be tended to when loved ones pass away. Understanding that every estate is different, Mr. Runger prides himself on assisting his clients in finding the most cost effective solution for their estate needs. Additionally, Mr. Runger also assists his clients in establishing conservatorships and guardianships for their incompetent or impaired family members when needed.
With well over a decade of extensive litigation experience, Mr. Runger has tried countless cases, both jury and non jury, in both state and federal court. Mr. Runger provides tenancious representation for business owners and corporations in commercial litigation matters. He has also successfully negotiated complex contracts for numerious businesses in the acquisition or sale of his clients' respective businesses.

Exactly what I was looking for
