Garry James Rhoden

Garry focuses his law practice on pursuing claims against skilled nursing and assisted living facilities on behalf of residents who have been injured due to operator neglect. His experience is unsurpassed by only but a few attorneys nationally, having been involved with approximately 1000 cases involving skilled nursing or assisted living facilities.

Garry started his career by representing defendants/facilities for 3 years, but the abuse of a close family member caused him to "switch sides" and devote his time to representing only injured residents. That puts him in a unique position to truly understand what you and your family are going through.

Garry earned his law degree, with honors, in 1997 from the University of Florida College of Law in Gainesville, Florida, and his undergraduate degree in history 1993 from the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida. Garry also has a master's degree in international relations from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C.

Garry has successfully recovered tens of millions on behalf of residents through and jury verdict, arbitration decision, and settlement. Garry also has considerable experience handling cases involving medical negligence, products liability, toxic torts, business torts, bad faith insurance, commercial litigation, premises liability, automobile liability, trucking liability, and securities/investment fraud cases, although for more than the last decade he has only handled cases against nursing home and assisted living facilities.
