I had to repost as the first one did not appear to go through. Anyway, I hired Attorney Jason Barnette when I was being sued by CACH, LLC. He is very knowledgable and kept me informed. Mr. Barnette is a very honest man and he will get you a favorable outcome. I do encourage you to let him fight for your rights; it is very hard to go on your own. He was worth every dollar spent. I will turn to him whenever I have legal matters because I trust his expertise. God bless you & the family, Jason!

I live in another part of the state, and I ask if Mr. Barnett could possibly look into why my unemployment was so late,he is doing so at this time for me. I am so appreciative he has took this time to help me which ever way the outcome is.

I hired Mr. Barnette because I was sued by Midland Funding, Portfolio Recovery, and Cavalry SPV I. He got the General Sessions cases with Cavalry and Portfolio dismissed and got them off my credit reports. Midland was more difficult - he had to actually sue them, but he didn't charge me anything extra. He got that case dismissed, got them off my reports and got a little money for me as well which basically covered what I paid him to begin with. He always returned my calls and emails in a timely fashion. He in my opinion is not the typical lawyer. He doesn't seem to particularly like what the legal system has become and will tell you as much. He's not out to get rich. He seems to actually want to help people in financial trouble. He told me upfront about everything and that's basically how it played out. He is a devout Catholic and will tell you as much if that means anything to anyone. Again, he's just not the normal lawyer. He actually cares. I would recommend him to anyone and I have. Very good attorney and a kind man.

and cannot be more pleased. I had a $15,715 garnishment reduced to $5000 because of his excellent work ethic. He had helped me previously in 2 other cases on debt. He knows the opposing counsels and how to deal with them. I would hire him in an instant to help with any debt related issue.

I can attest to the poor reviews. Midland financial, LLC is in fact, a third party debt collection company. His "employee's" will be there, that is part of his horse and pony show. He is also, the only attorney I know who uses PayPal for payments. The fact that you would outright lie on here, says much about your character. Due to his aggressive nature, many people will not post their name. (it is even recommended to leave personal information yet his names clients). He may be good with other cases but do not hire him for any debt collections reasons whatsoever. He will tell you the case is resolved without paperwork, when the case has not been. He will accuse you of lying and withdraw from the case, at the last minute. He did not show up for any of my case and withdrew. The opposing attorney stated that he did nothing for my case, other than reveal personal information and try to get him to drop the case. When he would not, my attorney withdrew leaving me flabbergasted. The other attorney indicated that he does not live in Nashville, rather resides in West Virginia. He was suppose to show up and actually argue the case, as he stated. He did none of this, other than file some forms because he was not there and a default judgment was issued. This attorney should be investigated but as shown in hos responses has no problems lying or slandering his clients and putting their personal, confidential information on a website. That alone says it all. Hopefully, he will clean his act.

I was under the impression that you hired attorneys to guide you through the legal system. That they kept you informed and that they were on your side. Jason Barnette is none of the above. He gladly took my retainer and 1 1/2 years later I don't have one shred of paper to show anything he did for me. He filed my Complaint which was full of errors, on the day of the deadline and forgot to include the Summons. He filed it again, 6 months later, but used the same Complaint with the same errors. He sent me 22 pages of interrogatories which I had never done before and I got no assistance from him. He dismissed my case without consulting me, and refused to tell me when he dismissed it. He also refused to provide me with any documents pertaining to my case; instead, referred me to a website where I have to pay to review any documents. He told my I was untruthful with him; but I provided every document, including all write ups from my employer. Save your money and represent yourself.

I hired Mr. Barnett to represent me in a Midland Financial issue and on the day I was suppose to be in court he told me that I didn't need to be there, that he had everything under control. Needless to say, he didn't show up either so the judge was in favor of Midland Financial!!! Sounds like to me that Mr. Barnett might be working for Midland Financial!!! He won't return my calls or my emails. All he has done is caused something to be put on my credit report that DIDNT BELONG TO ME to start with!!!! Do not hire this man!!!!

Jason Wade Barnett attorney is the most honest attorney I have ever dealt with. He told me upfront he might or might not be able to remove debt, but thought he could win for me. He spent hours talking to me anytime I asked him, because I was afraid of which attorney to choose. Thank God I chose Jason Wade Barnette in Nashville, TN, because he won everything in my favor. Jason's fees were very reasonable. He always returned every phone call or email instantly back to me asap, usually within five minutes. If you don't choose Jason you are making a big mistake. He knows the law on debt collectors. My name is Deanna, I am financially debt free only, because of attorney Jason Wade Barnette, without him I would be in debt for years. I have one more item we are working on in September 2015. He is the attorney to hire for debt collections success for me.

I retained Mr. Barnette as representation when my former employer appealed my unemployment decision. I couldn't have asked for better representation, it is clear he really knows the tactics employers will pursue to seek a favorable outcome and he is a great help in navigating the unemployment hearing(s). I would definitely recommend him to anyone going through this difficult process.

I hired Jason Barnette to represent my wife and I with a legal matter. I chose him because of his expertise in consumer law in dealing with debt settlements. He is very knowledgeable in this field and I would recommend him to any future clients!
