Great representation!

My situation was unique as I am deaf and had a case against the state. When searching for an attorney (Three years ago, and the case settled a couple of months ago) Those two issues were big issues for attorneys considering my case. One being that I was deaf and the concern of how we would "communicate" and who would "foot the interpreter bill (which can be astronomical granted)". This was heart breaking because ADA (Americans with Disabilities act was enacted in 1990 and this was an issue -- generally. The second issue was the protections surrounding State cases. I didn't understand that until I went through this journey for reasons too complicated to explain here. Daniel was the ONLY attorney who I felt well equipped to take me and the state on. He had this gung ho personality who -- while navigating unchartered waters by taking on a deaf client -- had this attitude of "we will make this work somehow" and was willing to experiment and keep an open mind. His dedication to me and the case while going after the state went above and beyond what I have come to expect from attorneys I have worked with professionally and personally. His dedication to investigation, evidence review, discovery and negiotation for the best resolution was at times unorthordox but produced results I was pleased with. He exceeded my expectations and crafted a resolution that rehabilitated my career and allowed me to finally heal and move on with my life. As a result of our three year journey, we have become friends and respect eachother as professional colleagues in our chosen professions. I highly recommend Daniel. You will not regret it.

Exceptional Representation (Race & Retaliation Case)

Attorney Arciniegas is awesome. He took my case shortly after a conflict of interest was discovered with my previous attorney. There are not many lawyers that would step up and do that, but he did and I'm forever grateful! Hiring Daniel has changed my life and significantly improved my working environment. Daniel is very knowledgeable, hard working and extremely experienced. Everything the opposing counsel threw our way, Daniel had a plan and executed it flawlessly. Couldn’t have asked for a better attorney!

Daniel and his team are absolutely amazing! I was very unsure about the case I had but I had a gut feeling that my former employer was mistreating me, so I gave Daniel a ring. Lawyer that does....not just talk

I would recommend them to anyone who feels they are being ran over in the workplace. They do very good work and got me the money I deserved. It's hard when you have a job and know you are getting ran over in the workplace by employers and don't really know who to turn too for help. Well look no more. Beyond impressed and pleased

Being that this was the first time involved in a legal matter, I was more than anxious about pursuing legal advice. I hardly knew where to start or what to say! However, after the first correspondence with Mr. Arciniegas, my anxiety vanished immediately. He responded quickly to my inquiry and wasted no time pursuing my case. He was professional without being pretentious and knowledgeable without being condescending. I felt like I could talk to him openly about any concerns or questions I had, and he never made me feel uncertain, confused, or ignorant (or even silly). I never thought a legal experience could be so positive and uplifting, but this truly was! The Working Man's Attorney

I had initially met with Daniel to discuss some suspicians I had with my, then, current employer. I did not know before hand on whether or not I had a case. I had never had experience in being in this situation, but Daniel made me feel very at ease. After talking with Daniel, he confirmed that my suspicians with my employer's practices were right and that it was, in fact, against the law. (FYI... I was a server at a restaurant where my employer was stealing a percentage of tips from the servers by claiming them to be a tip-out to the "house". Apparantly, that "tip out" was actually "tip theft".) My employer offered a resonable settlement, but Daniel fought for more... and got it! Daniel is an extremely hard worker and is great at what he does. He has the tenacity and drive to pursue any case, despite it's longevity. He will never give up without a fight and always has his client's best interest at heart.
