Daniel Eduardo Arciniegas

I am also one of those people who usually do not think of lawyers as "good people with good intentions". I've never had a bad experience with an attorney, but I've also been extremely apprehensive about ever contacting one. Until I met Daniel, I doubt I ever would have gave a second thought to reachi...ng out to an attorney for help. Daniel has changed my opinion about lawyers and I highly recommend Daniel Arciniegas as an attorney. He was very patient with me (I had several inquiries in the beginning) and was able to quickly and efficiently resolve my issues. He never talked to me as if I was "just another client". I always felt that he genuinely cared about helping people. Not only that, but Mr. Arciniegas has given me legal advice when I had no one else to call. I would most definitely hire him again if I ever have any other legal difficulties.

Throughout my entire case from beginning to end Daniel was there to make sure I was happy and understood what was happening now, next, and in the near future. I truly appreciate everything he has done for me and my family. My first impression with Mr. Eduardo Arciniegas, was totally wrong the moment he spoke after hearing my explain my case . The first thing from his mouth wasn't their fees , or well I'm not sure nor we will be in touch. In fact he first thing out of his mouth was how is your family, do they nee...d anything , and how is Braxton. I was shocked . Thus began our journey , not me and him rather my family and him and his firms family. Dad always said don't put all your eggs in one basket , well I had no eggs just an empty basket and as time progress Mr. Arciniegas and his colleagues added the eggs ,slow at first due to the opposing side but never less persistent... During this whole process it was very clear that regardless of the outcome their was no doubt my family had and was receiving the best legal services hoped for .. When the end finally came , and all the cards were played , my family and I were beyond satisfied ! And the part the amazed me when we started to part ways was when Mr. Arciniegas said "Mr. Bradley if there is anything we can do or you have any trouble do hesitate to call us " . One would say all attorneys say they , well it wasn't but 20 days later an issue arose with the same party , I call Mr. Arciniegas , he said he would handle it , and he did !! Don't ever judge a book by it's cover , what may look young, new , and unseasoned on the out side my store on the inside the abilities and knowledge and the support of the entire library !!! I can't say enough great things about Daniel , he's a brilliant attorney . He kept me informed on what was going on with my case at all times , he explained things to me in laymens terms , instead alot of legal jargon , that would leave me confused after we had talked , he returned my phone calls pr...omptly, and at times he even answered my calls himself . Very knowledgeable in his field , and honest . I will definitly call him if i ever need attorney again .
