After a couple rounds of stringent HOA enforcement, a re-read of the covenants raised questions about what could, should, and might apply to my specific situation. I posted a question on AVVO, and they referred me to Joe. After reviewing and discussing the 50+ pages of documents, Joe at our consulta...tion gave his frank assessment that the situation was probably not winnable, and even if successful would not be cost effective to pursue through legal channels. In the alternative, he offered a “best case” scenario to shoot for in negotiating with the HOA and some strategies (who to talk to, framing the conversation) to gain some breathing room between me and the HOA. You can’t win ‘em all, but that doesn’t mean you can’t score a couple of runs and hold your head up high. Thanks for your help, Joe.

Was given Joe’s information from a very close friend of mine that has known Joe for over 25 plus years. I called Joe and discussed my issues with him and hired him on the spot. Joe came thru with what he said he would do and got our problems taken care of within the time frame I had anticipated. I just wanted to express my gratitude for the child custody case that Joe managed for me. As a father, I went in thinking that the “decks” where already stacked against me, I would loose custody of my girls but that was not the case. From the start, Joe was engaged, challenging every aspect of my ...ex wife’s position. Then out of no were Joe hit them with a case of our own and the results changed.
