Joseph Somma is a Probate and Family Law attorney practicing for the last 23 years in Mountain Brook, Alabama. In addition to probate and family law, Mr. Somma also provides help to clients with real estate & litigation matters. Before entering the legal field Mr. Somma studied political science and psychology at the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) and then attended Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctor in 2002.
Mr. Somma’s philosophy is simple: to provide caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable services for clients, while truly listening to the needs of his clients. Joseph has the unique approach prefering to have a smaller number of clients who use him for all their legal needs and who feel comfortable and confident in his representation.
When he is not practicing law Mr. Somma enjoys woodworking, his pug (Empy), home improvement, spending time with friends and enjoying classic car collecting and restoration.
