I contacted Mr. Somma regarding a real estate issue we were having with our HOA. When I went to talk with him the first time, he had already researched the problem, knew everything about the HOA, their Restrictions, Covenants, regulations and rules, and had several different ideas for how to solve o...ur issue. I was so impressed with how well prepared he was and his knowledge of the issue. Our problem was resolved in our favor in a very quick and professional manner. I have since referred him to two of my friends, one with a domestic issue and the other with a business matter, and both were extremely happy with the way their cases were handled.
