I contacted Mr. Somma regarding a real estate issue we were having with our HOA. When I went to talk with him the first time, he had already researched the problem, knew everything about the HOA, their Restrictions, Covenants, regulations and rules, and had several different ideas for how to solve o...ur issue. I was so impressed with how well prepared he was and his knowledge of the issue. Our problem was resolved in our favor in a very quick and professional manner. I have since referred him to two of my friends, one with a domestic issue and the other with a business matter, and both were extremely happy with the way their cases were handled. It is not easy in Alabama for a father to get full custody of his daughter. Mr. Sommas was relentless in my case, and we won. In my opinion, he worked far over and above the money I paid, in order to make sure that my daughter was in a safe and stable environment, which is with me. He does not remind... me of most other lawyers I have met or dealt with. He really cares about his cases and the people involved. He is passionate about children. I was very pleased with my entire experience, and I will not use any other family law attorney in the future besides Mr. Sommas. He has also done my will and trust for my daughter and went above and beyond to make sure she will be cared for in the even that something happens to me. I highly recommend him.

Not only did Mr. Sommas fight for our family, he took a genuine interest in us. Our case has been very much out-of-the-ordinary, but he has never batted an eye. We don’t have to constantly deal with leaving numerous messages with his secretary or on his voicemail, if we called him, we got to talk to... him. He may have to return our call because he is working on another case, but he always calls or emails back quickly. He knows family law and he will fight for your family too! I appreciate the times he has allowed me to just call and vent my frustrations. This process hasn’t been free (you get what you pay for) but his assistance has been worth every dollar spent!

Mr. Somma came to me as a recommendation from a past client who was very happy with his services. .
