Back in 1999 I bought a timeshare under the idea that it was going to be an investment that I can easily make a profit when I didnt need it anymore. Al least that was the impression the salesman gave me when I signed the contract. Long story short, the timeshare became a nightmare when the maintena...nce fees increased 400% from the time I bought it. I tried to sel the timeshare through different agencies just to be scammed by them. I looked into several companies and read many reviews about companies and individuals that will help you get out of your timeshare problem. The reviews for Ms. Budowski seemed to be very solid and almost sounded too good to actually be true. I went to her website and it sounded almost too good to b...e possibly true. So I called her and talked about my situation and she seemed pretty darned confident that she could help us out. It seemed too good to be true. So I held my breath and took the leap. That was in mid-October, 2016. She got to work, kept in very reasonable contact throughout the process, and as of March 6, 2017, we are out of every aspect of our timeshare obligation. Her fee was reasonable, less than 10% of our overall obligation to the timeshare company. Her recovery fee was reasonable, as well, since we were rebated almost that entire amount from the timeshare company as a result of Ms. Budowski's work on our behalf. I know everyone's situation is different. I hope you consider very carefully what you have here as a possible solution to your timeshare nightmare. It took me and my family 3years of saving so that we could take a trip to Kissimmee Florida to visit Disneyland. On our second day their we met a woman at the Golden Corral Buffet. She told us that she could get us a discount and fast pass on Disney tickets. All we had to do was attend a 90 minuet pr...esentation of some sort. This presentation was to be held in the morning at Westgate Resorts. All we wanted to do was save a few bucks on tickets so we agreed. Next morning we arrived at the resort. Shortly after checking in at the front desk we were greeted by what I call a "saleswoman". Wow was she good. She was selling us a dream, she was so persistent and would not take no for an answer. It seemed like she had a great answer to all my doubts. In the end me and my wife singed a 5 figure contract with the resort. Later that evening I spoke to family members, read posts online, and educated myself on what I just did. I started to realize that I made a big mistake. Luckily for me, I found Budowski. She informed me that I had a 10 day period to cancel my contract. I talked to other lawyers in the area. One lawyer told me that he would take care of it for me, but this guy wanted to charge me almost 6 times more than Budowski. That was disgusting. Really taking advantage of a person in a tough situation, very wrong. I Understand that a law firm is a business but wow, just wow. So I hired Budowski. everything worked out great!! I got my full refund!! I got the cancellation conformation from the resort lawyers!! I felt an elimination of an awful burden. Shes a good lawyer and a great person. She always answered my questions and concerns same day. It was easy and most important she got the job done. I recommend her to anyone looking for legal assistance regarding their timeshare.

We have wanted out of our timeshare for several years, but dreaded the expense and hassle. Every year when the maintenance fees came due we would experience anxiety and frustration. We really could not afford it, the fees where rising and where due right after Christmas. It had become so stressf...ul and we really felt trapped. To be clear, I should specify we have had our timeshare mortgage paid off for years and our annual maintenance fee was paid for the year. Also, we had used our vacation week for the year and we where rapidly approaching January 1st and the need to pay our maintenance fees again or face steep penalties. In our research of how to get out, we scoured the internet. We identified 3 options to explore. Two well know, nationally advertised timeshare releases companies and Susan. We did the online request for one of the companies after a brief, uninformative phone conversation. They never called us back. Then, we looked into and spoke with a well known business that was confident they could get us out of our timeshare but it felt just as shady as a timeshare presentation and might take more than 6 months and cost more than 3 times our maintenance fees (ours are high, nearly $2000). Lastly, and somewhat skeptically, we had a phone consultation with Susan. She was more than confident she could get us out, her pricing was MUCH more reasonable. It didn't require much decision making, we would use Susan. We let her know right away, but it was late on November 16th. We signed the engagement letter on the 17th and later that same day we received an email that they had agreed to release us from our timeshare, she had received the deed already. That night, we paid the fee to Susan electronically and she emailed us the deed . On Friday the 18th, we signed the deed with the notary and mailed the deed, along with a check (a relatively small fee that our timeshare required to process the cancellation) to our timeshare company. Our work was over. We waited and watched as things happened. First the timeshare company received the deed on Monday, November 21 (we had a tracking number). On December 2nd our check to the timeshare company was cashed. On December 19th we noted that all of the maintenance fees that where coming due where reversed. On December 28th the timeshare website reflected that there was no active membership for our information. On January 27th we received the recorded deed. We are thrilled to be out and so very grateful for Susan who was patient with our questions, quick to reply to our emails, reassuring in the process and available to us every step of the way. We recognize that each case might not as smooth, but are confident in saying it would be because of your timeshare company, not because of Susan.
