Back in 1999 I bought a timeshare under the idea that it was going to be an investment that I can easily make a profit when I didnt need it anymore. Al least that was the impression the salesman gave me when I signed the contract. Long story short, the timeshare became a nightmare when the maintena...nce fees increased 400% from the time I bought it. I tried to sel the timeshare through different agencies just to be scammed by them. I placed an Advertisement to sell it and the only result was to receive calls from people that promised to me to sell it if I payed them an advance fee. My financial situation changed and I was not able to use the timeshare and neither pay the $1K annual maintenence fee.
