I must say that I wish I knew about Susan 10 years ago. After several attempts, she is the only one who was able to relieve me of my timeshare. The rest are hoaxes. It was pretty smooth as she constantly communicated and kept me up-to-date with the process. Moreover, you get to work with her pers...onally.
