Susan was AWESOME!!! My husband and I were going under with our timeshare payments and were desparate to find a solution to the financial hole we were in with our timeshare company. After listening to several "Timeshare Relief" companies trying to extract thousands of more dollars from us to "ge...t us out" of our timeshare woes, we found Susan and called her office for a consultation. Everything initally was done online to set the appointment. Susan was prompt in calling us at the appointed time we set and spent time with us explaining what could happen (good and bad), was very thorough and answered all of our questions. My daughter and her aunt bought a timeshare in Florida about 10 years ago and didn't realize the annual maintenance fees would escalate out of control the way they have. They spent quite a bit on companies that advertise that they can sell timeshares and would never hear from them again.
