I want to begin by saying I'm very thankful to our attorney Susan Budowski in reference to her representation, hard work, and dedication on our case. We had vacationed in Florida over a year ago and w...ere convinced what a great benefit it would be for us to invest in a timeshare, as it had been presented to us as a tax write off, it would be our property, great investment opportunity, and should we decide to sell in the future we could; along with many other false statements made. I was told by the person on the other line we would receive them with in 15 days in the mail (mind you this had already been a week from us coming home). This is when I began to get very suspicious and finally about three weeks after found the documents in the binder. I grew very concerned and had already done some research in reference to timeshares and how they actually worked. I made attempts to communicate with the agency in reference to the false representations made to us and how we absolutely wanted to cancel with no success. I did some more research and was able to see reviews on Susan I decided to contact her and see if she could help. Thankfully a year later our timeshare has been cancelled and we obtained full refund of our monies paid. I'm not sure what would have happened had we not taken this step however I'm overwhelmed with happiness knowing that we were lucky. I just finish using the expertise of Attorney Susan Budowski. I had a timeshare matter in which I felt like the company had trick me into signing a contract to purchase a timeshare.
