We would highly recommend Susan Michelle Budowski for getting out of your timeshare nightmare. About 12 years ago, we were lured into buying a timeshare and from that point on, it was nearly impossible to plan a trip around the ridiculous blocked out times, point values and unrealistic guidelines. We... had tried for many years to sell our timeshare and had been swindled by a couple of "fake agencies" claiming to have a buyer. We even found a law firm that was going to charge us $8-10K to get us out of our contract. One evening, I had searched the internet for legal advice in the timeshare world. Someone that sounded reputable, but heck, how could we trust anyone at this point. We came across Susan's website and I had read all of the reviews and BBB ratings. Everything sounded legit. I called her and she promptly set up an appointment over the phone (she is in Florida, we are in Michigan). We explained to her our timeshare experiences and she provided a very friendly phone consultation. There were no upfront charges. She was willing to take our case on contingency and within 3 months, she had the hopeful news that we have been waiting for! We cannot thank Susan enough for taking on our challenging case. Susan remained in constant contact via email and was very responsive to our emails. She had removed all doubt that this was just another scam. If we could give Susan more than 5 stars, we would. She has no idea how much her hard work has impacted our life. No more sleepless nights. No more phone calls from fake companies that have a buyer for our timeshare. The money that we poured out prior to Susan is numbing. Susan's fees were VERY small compared to other services that we had hired along the way and she is a LAWYER! Before health issues, my parents enjoyed their timeshare vacations. But since they can't travel safely any longer, they decided to end the contracts. I didn't know the first thing about ending a timeshare contract, much less the THREE my parents held (two were due to upgrades). The timeshare company ...was very intimidating and misleading to my aging parents, so after much research, we found Susan Budowski online. She practices outside of our state, but the reviews for her were really good and the timeshare company corporation my parents had their contracts with is in her state, so we decided to proceed with her. When you read reviews that say she communicated great, believe them because they're all true. She was very patient with us when we got nervous in the waiting, and she reassured us all was well. Legal matters just take time. She notified us every time she received communication from the timeshare company. Ending the three contracts – start to finish – took 3 months (pretty typical), but 98% of that was waiting to hear back from the timeshare company. Paying an attorney is expensive, but it's still a fraction of what it would have cost, had my parents been forced to maintain the timeshares for years without being able to actually use them. Susan's fee will pay for itself in the first 2 years, but the peace of mind brought to my parents is priceless.

Before I contacted Susan, I investigated a few other outfits who said they could help me cancel the timeshare contact I got myself in. The others wanted my contact info first (scam), more money than Susan, and they said they would show me which paperwork to use, how to fill them out, and how and wher...e I would have to file them. Susan did all the filing and correspondence with the time-share people. She was able to get all the money paid back and get the contract cancelled. Thank you, Susan.
