I just finish using the expertise of Attorney Susan Budowski. I had a timeshare matter in which I felt like the company had trick me into signing a contract to purchase a timeshare. Overall when I tried to cancel they sent me through a lot. I hired Attorney Budowski who info me how much it will cost ..., and about how long it will take. After enjoying many years of timeshare vacations, we found ourselves stuck with a nightmare after a final points upgrade, from Platinum to Presidential Reserve. The Timeshare Company wanted to know our main concern for not wanting to upgrade to the next level. We told them we were concerned about the... additional maintenance fees which almost doubled, and they had the answer. They would rent out our unused portion to offset our maintenance fees, and that is what never happened. After trying to contact the person that managed the sale, only to find out he was on a leave of absence. We were then told about a rental program that the company had but you have to do all the work and they get a big percentage. Then a few months later, the phone calls and e-mails started about the sales tactics and misrepresentations the timeshares companies make. We then tried one of these options to sell the timeshare and lost thousands. I even contacted the FBI on this reseller and his scam only to find out he ended up in jail. Currently, even the timeshare company now has a buyback program for pennies on the dollar after having to put out more money for another upgrade. This would then have to be reviewed before an approval of a buyback could happen. At that point, I contacted the timeshare directly and they were willing to take back the timeshare, but without any kind of refund. Was there anyone to trust in addition to finding out that whatever value you may have placed on a purchase was never there from the start? That is when our luck changed in finding Susan. She was up front with her assessment of our situation and was able to navigate the process of getting us a refund of the last upgrade purchase. In addition, Susan was able to negotiate the entire elimination of our timeshare ownership as we wanted nothing to do with dealing with their traps. We were happy to get out of any future obligations involved with timeshare ownership. Susan offers her service with an upfront flat fee, always returned answers to questions promptly and made recommendations of options based on what our end needs were with our ownership. Susan had the knowledge and the contacts to make things happen for our desired resolution. I would recommend her service to anyone.

A little over a year ago I purchased a timeshare on vacation. Was promised all types of "great" things that come with a timeshare. Needless to say it was all a scam! I was in such a desperate need to get out of it. I tried everything from listing it on Craigslist to attempting to sale it through 3r...d party. None of it worked it was all a scam too.
