I am Board Certified by the Florida Bar in both Condominium and Planned Development Law and Business Litigation. I work with condominium, cooperative, homeowners and mobile home park boards of directors to run their associations effectively, efficiently and in compliance with the governing documents and statutory scheme. I also assist association clients with collections and foreclosures, covenant enforcement, injunctions, fines, mediation and arbitration and a host of other issues.
