Corporate Transactions and Contract Negotiations and Resolutions
Jeff has always done a fantastic job of keeping us up to date on the progress of our corporate transactions along with helping us make sound choices on issues we were not familiar with to protect us personally as well as our corporation. This is in addition to the numerous contract negotiations and resolutions he has helped us with throughout the years. I highly recommend his services.

Refreshing
Jeff's been our primary attorney and trusted advisor for nearly ten years, ranging from the day-to-day needs to critical litigation. Wide range of skills
We were starting an ecommerce website and needed some serious hand-holding to navigate design patents, trademark protection, licensing, celebrity endorsement and a host of other issues.
