The other side fears this man

My lawyer, Jim Magazine, and his amazing staff of Kim, Brittany, Andrea, Evette and many others made the worst moment (many years) of my life come to an end. They brought me closure. I expected the worse, and very happy with the positive outcome. I Not to mention the ten's of thousands of dollars as compensation for my injuries. I had pre-existing conditions and Jim saw that as an advantage, most lawyers don't He ending my nightmare with me receiving a more than fair settlement. I have already referred many of my family friends and peers to him and will continue to do so.

Excellent Lawyer

I had originally hired another lawyer without doing my research. She had dozens of billboards all over town and I made an incorrect assumption that she knew what she was doing. After about two years of attempting to settle with the insurance companies, and after over $200,000 in medical costs, it became apparent that we would be going to trial. My original attorney had no trial experience (Had I known that, I never would have hired her in the first place), so she hired Jim Magazine to handle my case. The difference between the two firms couldn't have been different. Jim and his staff were friendly, approachable, responsive, and most of all, competent. We ended up going to trial which was interesting to watch. Jim clearly knew what he was doing, and within a few minutes, the defense approached us about a settlement. I can't say enough about the way that Jim took care of my wife and I. I hope that I never have a need for an attorney again, but if I do, there is only one that I will speak with. Jim knows his stuff and is clearly respected by the other lawyers that he deals with. He's also a genuinely good guy. For those of us that don't live in a court room, the importance of having a lawyer you like and respect can't be overstated. He put my family at ease and, ultimately got us a phenomenal settlement.

Biography:

James L. Magazine was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. Jim graduated in 1986 from Baldwin Wallace College, located in Berea, Ohio, with a Bachelor Arts in Political Science. He received his Juris Doctor from Cleveland Marshall College of Law located in Cleveland, Ohio in 1989.

Jim is an avid Cleveland Indians baseball fan. He played four years of college baseball and was named All Ohio Conference for four years. In 1984 he was ranked tenth in the nation for his college baseball batting average. In 1987 Jim discovered the wonderful climate of Florida while attending Spring Training tryouts with the Houston Astros.

Jim was licensed to practice law in the State of Florida in 1990. He is admitted to practice before the United States Middle and Southern District Courts in Florida, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.

In April of 2006, Jim joined our firm as a partner, bringing with him more than sixteen (16) years of personal injury litigation experience. Jim is a Board Certified Civil Trial attorney who specializes in personal injury, wrongful death and insurance bad faith claims throughout the State of Florida. Jim is often called upon by his peers to litigate claims because of his experience inside the Courtroom. Jim is also a member of the Million Dollar and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.

Excellent trial lawyer

I was injured in a car accident mr magazine filed suit against my insurance company. My insurance company refused to pay the policy limits. Mr magazine did an incredible job in trial and won a verdict of more than 1,000,000. Mr magazine then proceeded with a bad faith claim against my insurance company with a successful/confidential result. Mr magazine is an incredible trial lawyer who I highly recommend

Puts the A in Attorney

I was the victim of a hit and run incident. I found Mr. Magazine online and decided to contact him. He gave me a free consultation. Mr. Magazine did a really good job with being my lawyer. I didn't have to do anything except get better.
