A few months ago, I was charged with a misdemeanor and a felony. As a result I was arrested. I did not have any prior records and never had trouble with the law, which is why from the day the state filed charges against me I have been terrified and distraught. However, from the moment I met Mr. Hardy, I knew he would fight for me and prove that I was innocent. During my first meeting, David paid attention to all the details and explained me the entire process as well as all possible outcomes from my case. Mr. Hardy communicated with me through every step in my case. He always made himself available for questions and concerns. Additionally, David was very generous in working out a contract and payment terms. Mr. Hardy is knowledgeable, experienced, organized, and extremely professional.
My confidence in him allowed me to rest assured while he worked on my case, which enabled me to focus on my job and family.
Within four months he was successful in getting my case dismissed. I will forever be grateful to him.
A very caring professional - I would highly recommend him!

I am very please with the result from my attorney David Hardy. I was stopped for a DUI and also a refusal of the breath test. David worked very hard and got my sentence reduced to reckless driving. I would recommend David Hardy to anyone who is currently facing any type of driving impaired charges.
